Ok..look...two weeks into training. Not 100%, but i feel not sick after ligth training anymore.
Now im at 120 pounds for 15 reps at the barbell incline movement. Rest is related to that poundage.
I really love to train with weigths like that in the gym, provocating everybody. Im twice their size alteady, yet they lift 3 times my poundages.
Im on just trt now, and 10 mg dbol before workouts only. But i will be stopping that soon. I want clean receptors when we fire things up again.
Lesson learned, its so psycho little training u need to regain size. And if u repeat 2-3 times a week, girlweigths cut it!

Stil better by the day. Stil at the weigths i used when i was 14 years old, but why up it when im growing.
Goal should be grow as much as u can with ligthest possible weigths.
Or damned,maybe its the kefir. I drink 2 liters of it every single day.
Ifu ask me, hole kefir is the most anabolic substance there is. Better than hole milk. Superb for guthealth, healthy fat, max protein utilization.
Just trt, even off my mk677, which i do all the time.

Very good workout today. But i started a cycle. 400 mg sus 50 mg dbol . 5 weeks. Then 6 weeks off. Then ill start my tren summercycle.
This little dbolcycle is my long covid recovery celebration.
Looked buff as fuck, even in a big tshirt and shorts.
50s are the new 30s.
And i will do a weekly 24 hours waterfast from now on.
Even Tony Huge and coach Trevor gave thumbs up for this now. Lots of other gurues agree. But they (Tony n Trevor) go even further. They suggest a weekly 48 hour fast for max gains and health.
Doc experts say a fast is better than the most expensive methabolic syndrom medicin!

I think im going to extend my anti metabolic syndrome project.
After this 24 hour waterfast ill do a 24 hour clean protein diett only. I shoot for 350 g.
Then 5 days of plenty calories and carbs will follow. Then repeat.
Also thinking of adding a 3. day. Content will be 350 grams of pro with a good amount of fat.
More and more youtube vids say insulin resistance is the number one cause of health issues.
I have no issues now that i know of, but this shit must be taken seriously.
And as i said, when even Tony Huge (the guy who suggests tren for solving chest pain due to stress) advocates this fasting thing, it must be something to it.

Dont read u. Anyway, got my stuff from the mafiawoman today. Tren e test e deca ari in addition to my dbol .
So i fired a shot today. 200 mg test e 200 mg tren e and 250 mg sus.
Cycle is now 30 mg dbol, 200 mg test e, 200 mg tren e and 250 mg sustanon .
4 weeks cutting.
Then 6 weeks off with mk677 and cardarine.
Then summercycle, mk677, test, tren, deca, no dbol, cardarine. for...hm...10-12 weeks.
Goal, abs and size.
51 of age, health?...just fuck it, i eat naziclean and bodyweigth will be max in the 240s.
If my heart cant take this, so be it. No kids, no wife.
But no foulplay, if i feel any discomfort, ill stop.
