    Appreciate you sharing that. As i figured judging by the volume you are doing im simply not hitting them enough, with a little HIT mix in. Something i will have to work up to

    Part of it is volume, part of it is going to failure, and part of it is intensity. I added intensity modifiers ( ie drop sets, 10 seconds and go to failure again, etc).
    Mentally, I know I only have two working sets per exercise so I need to kill it every time.

    Actually she is half Russian. So i must remember to not bring up the war.
    As Basil Fawlty did in the much admired british comic show from the 70s, "Fawlty Towers"

    Damned, maybe i should get some mouthwater. Fasting leads to bad taste in mouth. To hell with it, im drinking water all the time.

    Guess the best approach is to treat her like a male spotter, but a bit more estrogenfriendly. She got lots of it, we test.

    Yo man. Cant have yougurtsauce when eating food full of fat. Carbs from yougurt will spike your insulin and insulin will push the fat into your cells.
    The fructose in yougurt will also raise your VL LDL, the LDL u wanna avoid.
    Drop the yougurt, man
    Add fatty sour cream to it. Or cream fraice. Fat as hell, but tasty as fuck. And hang on to the garlic sause

    Then wait 90 min.

    So i was training with two of the hottest chicks in town in the gym today. It went very well. I was cool and laidback. Not nervous or clomsy at all.

    Insane lowcruise wo. IF, some 12 hours since meal. But i added l carnitine and some fatburners. And ACV, lemon, salt and fiber to my water prior.

    Def feel good alooooot better than eating carbs every second hour.
