Already done that, Sir. And it felt good. Also now. Did decline and incline press, dorian rows and legpress with weigths a non-lifter would struggle with.
It also motivated me to go back to eating rigth.
My gf, who works in the healthbuisness, has said it for weeks, u just need to get back to ligth to mod training.
Fingers crossed. And u know me, i added 10 mg dbol to the protocol also

Added 12 pounds to my homegym barbell decline presses today. Stil 20 short reps at the bottom position. At 120 pounds now, but...musclecells answers like a hungry mf.
Its what i always has said. It not about the weigths or calories u use/eat. Its all about the increase.
I promise u dude, if u press 4 plates and do the same thing 6 months later, by God u gonna look the same.
If u eat 5000 calories each month, by God u gonna look the same each month.

Nope. It didnt work.
When i woke up, i felt like hell. Worse than ever.
Starting to get funny. Interesting. Long Covid is really interesting. And now omnikron (or what the fuck its called) is located in town. Vaccine migth..MIGTH..be ready in april.
But ill get by. I can work, earn a lot of money and dont ruin my new relationship.

But. Some serious stuff. I have thrown in the white flag. I really thougth i would be ok enough to train from start desember, adding 50 mg dbol , 800 mg sus and be in shape for christmas.
But no, after my wo, i felt more bad than ever.
So im degrading the cycle. Do 1 ml sus 400 a week out desember, 10 mg dbol aday.
Then for january and february i guess i go on a cruise with 0.5 ml sus 400.
So it will be a calm christmas for me. No big parties showing off a juiced body.
Luckily my new gf just want quiet stuff, sofa, chrustmas TV and just a little bit family.
She stil says she cant see any difference, but...fuck this shit man.
For my only problem, meeting my two brothers the one time a year, i dont know. For SURE the youngest one will say hey with the standard "yo, east up with the training this year bro?..good to see u man"......he always does. And well.....lol......but im prepared for it. Ill answer: "jupp...just like Beate (name of his gf)...

Ah..town closed down 100% for 4 weeks. No alcohol served whatsoever. All clubs closed.
But gyms are stil open. I dont care about that, though.
Mid Norway. In all Norway we have 5000 infected daily. Thats 5 times more than last time Norway closed. And we are rich, does everything by the book, rules all over, even redbull and 1000 mg vit C restrictions. Up far to the north, most people dont even know where we're at.
Yet....closed and more shur down than my balls.

Feeling better today. So i did 2 sets in my homegym lol. Barbell presses, then abig meal. 250 gs pasta with spinach and chicken.
I guess i just need to stick to my homegym. 5 to 10 mins. But ill tell u guys. Its amazing how little is needed to maintain. And that goes for protein also.
Waisting 4 hours at the gym, 2,5 hours training, driving, preparing, fixing hair etc is not very anabolic . For sure its fun, but going to the homegym straight from work, no water or pwos and shit, do your thing for 10 minutes, then kitchen and megameal....well...i would say just as anabolic. Close at least.
For sure, no girls to look at...but hehe, so strange, i feel more uncomfortable looking at other girls by the month, since i started to see Therese. She is so innocent, so unexperienced, not into anything.

Seriously bro. Im actually worse. Trainingwize that is. I can work 100%, i own and drive taxi, sosialize and do normal things.
But i cant train whatsoever. Max 5 min very easy.
If i put in 45 min with ligth weigths at the gym, ill get real sick.
Think its been 3 months now.
Sustanon and a little dbol makes sure people who is not into the game, seemuch difference.
But ill start the cruise 1. january, and i guess things will degrade then.
I really have no idea when ill be back.
But i feel healthy as long as i dont train, and it doesnt ruin my mind. Which surprises me.
I am at the same mood now as before corona. But it migth be the sus...

Stay away from it man. Its the singel cause of the big raise of the Metabolic syndrome, since u guys were ordered to cut down on saturated fat in the early 80s.
Fructose is metabolized and stored as fat in the liver also. U dont want it.
