    End week 2, 30 mg dbol , tren should be kicking any day now.
    This time, due to age, im fasting 24 hours a week, followed by a very calorirestricted day with a litle protein and vegetables.
    If you want to be big in the 50s, u need to solve the metabolic syndrom aspects.

    Yo..i found out who the dude is. Prof strongman. 3 times norway strongest, now heading for bodybuilding.
    Finally some competition at the gym.
    Im on a diett though. Lots of fasting.
    As we speak im loading with water and rice.
    Hope he shows up today. I think i will look good in my thank and blood flowing from tren n dbol , yet low on calories. BUT...ill tell u. The fasting turns every calori into hulkcalories. Meaning one kcal equals two kcal.
    Now put my statement to the test. Oh..need a pwo too.
    U should comsider 2 days fasting a week, guys. It turns a mod dbol/tren cycle with detox pretty safe.

    Squats, front squats and deads today. Pretty ligth, but lots of volum, pump and no pain.
    Tomorrow fasting.
    I lower dbol from 60 mg to 40 mg. Clean diett, but i feel abit elevated BP.

    I was shocked by the gympump yesterday. Prior 24 hour fast, 24 hour keto.
    And a powerade at the gym.
    Im on 40 mg dbol and 200 tren e. Thats something, but...

    Hungry as fuck. But motivated from my looks this week, i will extend my fasting today to 35-40 hours.
    Feels clean and harmonic in all organs. Even if on tren and dbol .

    If u wanna use this chit in the 50s, u cant eat.
    Eating is dangerous. Thats the topic from my long covid studies.

    Even dr ekberg says the immunsystem effiency is 50% about what u dont eat and 40% stress, psycological etc.

    I will try without it. Maybe my body can use ketons for fuel now. In a 2 hour weigthtraining session.

    Its kind of safe though, the dbol and tren will make things work nomatter what.

    But i think this ketons to trigger ATP is a nice thaugth. If it works.

    But i will see my abs now. I have a long torso and actually i think i can see a flex wheeler 8pack hiding.

    A visible sharp 8 pack will win the beaches nomatter musclesize.

    Getting ready for a competition is much more than losing weight/fat. I would be very careful because if you lose that much fat, in that little time, you will lose muscle.

    Ill be on, for me, a mod tren e dose. 300 to 400. That will make sure ill keep most of it.
    And THATS THE HOLE POINT, OLD TIMER. This diett makes tren safe. There is no BP, chilestrol, stress on the liver. Especially when u avoid rabbit proteinspources, but naturally sources with fat.

    Preparing the brake before the summercycle.
    Stil got on more trenshot.
    But considering to do 2 test shots a week in the offperiod.
    Man i must be below 2000 calories now. And no carbs.
    Goal is to reach 10%, before i start the summercycle medio may.

    Well, i have chest tomorrow. And if the gymmirrors do not impress me, i migth start eating carbs again.
    But, pretty cool to rule the place at less than 2000 cals and no carbs.
    Cycle is 200 mg test 200 mg tren and 10 mg dbol .
    No more tren now and i stop dbol friday.
    Guess i need to eat carbs during the 6 weeks offperiod.
