yeah I'm going to keep trying some different things in the gym. I'm actually having a lot of trouble getting a good chest pump right now. not sure why. going to go to the Chiropractor this week as well and give that a try. never know what could help.
SEE I'm not just all about upping the drugs
but. I'm definitely going to make sure its not because of a lack of drugs and drug protocols, thats for damn sure
an extra 10iu of slin just on chest days is really only twice per week. so its not much in the big picture over a period of a week. an extra 300 cals those days will way more then cover it.

I should clarify though.. when I say "pin an EXTRA 10iu of Slin" . I do not necessarily mean adding 10iu to my normal pre/post workout insulin protocol . so I'm not adding 10iu to the 20-25 for the workout. the workout insulin use is only what you 'need' for that situation and nothing more. so it stays pretty fixed.
the extra 10 iu on chest day would get pinned in the morning, or split up, 5iu am and 5iu later. on top of the workout insulin

so back to my lagging and weak chest . just looking here I think I can lay off my delts for a bit on my push days and dedicate more of that workout on upper chest instead. my delts are capped at least (not massive by any means) but my chest is crap and my upper chest is non existent..
I remember my chest being much bigger in the past. maybe age has something do do with it. but hell, chargers upper chest kills it and he's an old man

Amazing buddy! I love the split! I’ve been doing a ppl just like yours without the arm day, even down to the point that my push days are decided between one pressing day and one isolation day and my back days between vertical and horizontal pulls as well, but adding in the arm day perfectly fixes the issue I’ve been having! I’m stoked to add that into my routine, which would put me from a 7 day micro cycle to 8 like yours.

I'm going to implement them just for the hell of it.. why not. BUT I'm going to do it a bit differently. instead of doing it before bed, I'm going to do them in the morning after meal 2. that way I have the rest the day to keep getting nutrients in. that makes more sense to do feeders then, instead of before bed where you end up fasting for 8+ hours.

I started doing cables first a few weeks ago, cause shoulders been hurting. I do lincline, flat and decline, one set of each, then start back over, for three sets. Can do them all on one machine. It really more of a warm up thing, light weight, around 20 reps.
