Try an elbow brace. It should allow you to work and minimize the stress and pain on the elbow.

so back to my lagging and weak chest . just looking here I think I can lay off my delts for a bit on my push days and dedicate more of that workout on upper chest instead. my delts are capped at least (not massive by any means) but my chest is crap and my upper chest is non existent..
I remember my chest being much bigger in the past. maybe age has something do do with it. but hell, chargers upper chest kills it and he's an old man

Thats what I did. I did the left ok which is my problem arm. Good grief I seperated my right arm though. If I apply pressrue twisting something such as a doorknob going counterclockwise it gets that nice hyperextended feeling.

I bet it heals nicely though. Thats my strong arm

I must say as in tune as we get to 20 or less reps, 100 reps in a few sets gives one hell of a pump.
Try doing 100 reps of side laterals with 10-15 lbs.
It hirts.

I thaugth it wouldnt work. Overtraining, to much stress on CNS and 100 reps..wtf??..were not marathonrunners. BUT!!….they work goddamit….seriously. Arm and shoulders are the best bodyparts to it. Also looking for a a effective chestfeeder. Yes maybe just 100 rep bench every evening.

Rich Pianas traps..and mine, grew from side laterals feeders.
Impossible to not feel it heavily in traps when doing 50 to 100 on these.
I stop at 60 now. I use like only 5 pounds. As strict as possible.
I do 1 set. But every nigth except from shouldersday at the gym. Rich did 3 set i think.
And Piana was rigth. The best comes when finished. Enormous thigth thick feeling in the traps and shoulders.
Real nice to take with ya in bed!
