I'm good as far as local law enforcement goes. I live in small town, friends with sherriff, most deputies, most judges, and most lawyers. Was really good friends with the Da, he even wanted me to get him some last year, then he shot himself in the chest after he got caught embezzling money. I'm even real good friends with the only local atf guy

I keep the shit in my house. I dont care, they got nothing on me so far. For sure they have raided many many guys in this town. 5 of my friends been in prison for like 6 years. Some of them fully isolated for months before court. Which is a violence of human rigths in Europe and shit. Torture.
But.. they didnt come to my place. And those friends were dealers. Idont do that.

I am going to try something different...
I am going to do the feeder workout for a month with hams. I started today.... hurt like hell from yesterday’s workout.
I am adding a little twist to it. The feeder workout is using BFR- I am trying to up the ante.
Should I try alternating between hip extension and knee flex ion?? In other words do I try to hit all of the muscles through different exercises different days or do I just do the same exercise on non training days?

pretty much all my clients I have doing Glute Ham Raises and stiff deads programmed in, both very controlled with a long eccentric portion. so I'm a fan, however I don't do them myself as they give my lower back fits.
for me to get that eccentric hamstring stretch I have to do it on the belted squat machine or the leg press and just kinda let the load stretch me out and hold it there for a couple seconds and then slowly contract .

Just learnt feeders from Piana. He just used the best exercise for him all days. Like side laterals for shoulders 7 times a week, also on training days.
As i red Piana, different rules come with feeders. There is no CNS tax, its too light. And i guess u dont have to change up. U just move the muscles so it burns the hell out of u and make the blood flowing. I think thats the main thing. Get the blood running, stretch the focia and veins. In that way its not mandatory to use different exercises, just stick with the one which gives best pump.
As for Castleactivity, Obs is pissed og depressed or whatever. He used to keep things going, but i dont know what it is. He just said "have a nice life" and then he shut down all of a suddon. I know he has been drinking a bit lately and...well, i dont know.
But i dont pm my knights when things goes wrong. We dont have time for crybabies. If u seriously get pissed from online activity, ur a crybaby and no longer a knigth.

Chest day (it used to be a push day with shoulders and chest and triceps .. but now I've taken the shoulders out just trying to grow the chest)
seated machine press - 5 sets 20 reps
one arm cable flies - 5 sets 15 reps
Banded neutral grip bench press - 10 sets 10 reps
seated cable flies - 4 sets 15 reps

I tried smith machine frontbsquats. I have always had issues because my wrist do not have the flexibility to go back. I cross my arms and my delts begin to hurt. Any recommendations???

my wrists are crap as well, so yeah I just cross my arms and set the bar on my upper chest and front delts. I don't have a problem with any pain on the front delts like this (but then again I'm only using a couple plates for weight, not going very heavy).
idk, maybe try using the pad. or just try high bar with the bar on your neck/traps, but set yourself up so the weight is leveraged to the front (which is easy to do on a smith machine , not so easy with a traditional barbell).
as for the big difference in reps . well with the leg press I'm trying to pump everything up and force a bunch of blood. so I hit 20 reps.
with the smith front squats its all about the time under tension, deep stretch, and contraction. I go super slow. I go ass to the floor. I pause at the bottom. then I push slowly back up. I only hit about 8 reps because after that my form will break down and I'll begin using to much core and lower back to push the weight (which I don't want at all at this point)

injected biceps just before workout. so started off with them just to get some blood flow there.
dumbbell curls - 5 sets 15 reps
hammer curls - 5 sets 15 reps
close grip upright rows - 5 sets 12 reps
Shrugs - 4 sets 15 reps
Hi to low cable rows - 8 sets 15 reps
Chest support T-bar rows - 5 sets 8 reps
Seated machine rows - 5 sets 12 reps
Face pulls (for lower traps) - 4 sets 20 reps
Cable easy bar curls - 4 sets 12 reps
finished off with some more dumbbell work for biceps

Do you have any support that site injections make a difference?
You are the only one that I have seen that actually works lower traps. I have always used face pulls for delts and rotator cuff. I could see how it could also include the mid traps.
I started to try and be scientific with my exercise selection and I use the pull-up bar and bring my chest out and squeeze my back for the mid traps.
For lower traps, I get on the incline Roman chair, but adjust the pad to mid hip and roll down and back up as opposed to hip flexion.
I also added pulley shrugs. Something silly, but the trap muscles are at an angle and this has you raising the traps at an angle. I have not found any information that this is actually better but my expirement May provide some insight.

I'm experimenting with a new product for site injection. don't really want to say what it is or how it works, but if it yields some results then I will say (as I don't want to promote a brand or product if its bullshit . . even if I say I'm using it, its a promotion of it, so I'll wait).
also Sil keep in mind that I try lots of different things as experiments on myself . AS a trainer and coach, not necessarily as a competing bodybuilder myself. Kinda feel I need to run things on myself before I'd ever recommend a client run them.
example - one reason I'm careful with recommendations for using insulin and IGF together is because I've F'd myself up before with those two together. If I would never of ran them myself in the manner in which I did, I'd not have the first hand knowledge to help clients properly run them together.
if a client has for example weak rear delts and wants to do a year long site enhancement protocol for them to prep for his next showing.. I'd rather know first hand and have ran the protocol myself before (even if I was never to step on stage myself).
if something is for competing bodybuilders 'only', and is really possibly going to help them, then I as a excelling coach and trainer will run it myself to gain first hand knowledge and experience.

sure I could site all sorts of articles and things from leading gurus about site injecting to bring up a lagging body part. BUT like my post above implies, I'd rather just experiment on myself for awhile and see first hand.
things on paper, and supposedly with other guys work quite well and have been practiced for a couple decades.
- Shooting suspensions into the weak body part
- PGF2 injected directly into that body part
- volumization and fascia stretching (filling the muscle up with CCs of gear and then training with high volume and lots of blood.. also BFR training)
- Nolotil, Synthol, Hylaronic acid , etc. etc.

Ok guys. Gooood fucking morning btw. New week. Lets hit it hard. Party is over. So what now?
Stil 8 weeks left of the cycle. But i will change the path.
More calories and carbs. More rice and pasta.
Mod protein.
Add benchpress feeders to my shoulderfeeders every evening.
Try to increase weigth and strength as much as possible. Always loved this.
Try to be 120 kg by Christmas. Thats my roidweigth so its gonna be hard.
Then we cut when the spring comes.
Goooood.
So skipped yesterdays workout ofcourse. We did drank for like 10 hours saturday. Guess its gonna be hard as fuck today aswell. But..upping carbs already.
It will be abs calves chest tris shoulders.
