Bored at work so here is a log entry.
Stil feeling ok. Last test shot was last wednesday. 250 sus. Quited tren a last week. Stil on min dose dbol . Like 10 mg eod.
No libido problems. Balls are 90%. Thanks to HCG i guess.
Most of water is gone. Saw it happen when i lowered dbol.
Thighs today at the gym. I will try to put in some decent squats. I have Dallas on my insta. He makes squats look so damned easy. Heavy and very strict. But that was nothing to Kais insta squats. Never seen squats like that before. Heavy and the only thing that moved was Kais thighs. 95% vertical back. Amazing. 4-5 plates.

Just an accepted lifestyle. I could not imagine eating the way most non-bodybuilders do with no regard for what it does to them. I eat clean but don't shy away from pizza or low fat ice cream whenever I want it. Hell, the ice cream goes in most of my protein drinks to be honest. I've never counted calories or any of that crap as I know it would drive me nuts and take the fun out of it for me. Over time you just know what to eat, how much and when. I do all my own cooking as well.

Golds is an hour drive without traffic, with traffic, that could double - too much hassle just because it's "Golds in Venice".
I'm at what was a Powerhouse (just got bought out). Equipment is fantastic, the amount of muscle is scary and it is crowded with serious lifters.

Not near where I live (just checked), but again with Los Angeles traffic, not worth the bother - at least to me. Don't know about you, but sitting in a car for over an hour, pretty much f's up my workout right there. I like to go in angry at the weights, not pissed & frustrated from the traffic.

Some good news. Im off dbol and tren a now. Stil, i managed to increase my deadlift strength. Last friday i did 2 x 270 kg. Today i did 3 x 270 kg.
Calves and thighs are bigger too. Because my kneeinjury has healed and im squating heavy again. And doing calves 3 times a week.
But upper body is not what it was during tren and dbol ofcourse.
But calves and thighs are so important. So many gymrats with zero calves and thighs.

I'd like to see that, Silabolin. You need to start soon. March 1 at the latest.
And I am not talking shit. I would really like to see what you would look like cut down to 10% or lower.
Think you could handle the mental aspects? It sucks watching yourself shrink, even if you look bigger to everybody else (cutting makes you look better and larger). Your strength is also likely to decrease some, and many guys have mental problems with their strength decreasing, even a little.

Here is my cut a couple summers ago. I was already in my late 40s. I have not cut again since then. I drove my weight up to 237 pounds (108 kgs?) this summer. I am thinking I want to be lean again next summer.

Well. My problem is that im quit big naturell after all this years. And when i juice i turn into a real neckturner all day easy. This may stop me from living the BBlife and turning into competition level.
And this is not Muscle Beach. The secong biggest guy at the gym is half my size.
But...at the avatar im 118 kg 181 cm with little fat on upper torso and u may call me a keebord gangster but plis say it to my face.

Happy new years guys. Im supermotivated to try to go deeper in the BB-lifestyle. First up is trying to consume min 250 g quick carbs rigth before and during training.
And Obspower...plis dont protect me and figth for me. I like to be in the frontline myself. And i love hate. It motivates me more than anything when a dude tells my me genetics werent meant for BB or i have zero forarms. Feels the fire even when writing it lol.
And this is the beauty of beeing in the 40s. Hate just never hit. But as a 20 year old i would loose nigthsleep for weeks.

So guys. I think i start pct this week. Im eager to see if it turns out to be more effective now when i have done hcg on cycle for the first time. For sure sexual health has been awesome all weeks.

xX Silabolin's HIT CastleXx I like you had no hcg experience until this cycle I just finished. I do think it made it fairly seamless going into pct. My drive is going down though. I am usually two reps less after each failed set on cycle. Now sometimes I am six reps off the last failed set. Good luck and I hope you blaze through it.
