    Started my cruise. Already feeling better. Its 400 mg sus ugl.
    Think its 250.
    Safe with OMAD.
    Heart beat at rest in the 60s.
    Feeling good in all health issues.

    Even my joints and the connected tissues feel a lot better. Even my pectear and my broken triceps are painless. But forsure i wont try em with poundages from my 30s.

    OMAD, 23 benefits are explained at youtube. The dude was not full of bs.

    But for u muscleheads, remember at good proteinshake with lots of fats for breakfast on non training days

    Considering anadrol and tritren for christmas.
    But not together i guess. Start and finish with the bombs, tren in the middle.
    600 sus as a base. 3 months, maybe 10 weeks.

    Running tritren and drol is foulplay as a 51 year old?

    No dog, if u got the knowhow and are willing to use it, its an ok risk only.

    My heartbeat at job is 68 as we speak.
    I think im able to keep in the low 70s during cycle.

    Todays OMAD at Sandmoen.
    All dishes are what common norwegian used to eat in the 80s.
    But this works.
    I add a big proteinshake with fat when i come home. And candies rigth after when i go to bed.
    Then its nomore food for the next...19-21 hours.

    Shit works, more cut, health is bettering by the month, strength is pretty much the same, old injuries are better. But not healed as they were during summercycle. (Felt like it)

    Increased carbs in my OMAD yesterday, cause i ate at home. Bigger, much stronger.. and well, tiny less cut.
    But all on all good.
    Didnt see that coming. My new policy is supposed to "hate" non low carbs dietts.

    The OMAD keeps me lean. But smaler and weaker ofcourse. But i dont recall my offcycle level before OMAD was better.

    Anyway, healtwize i think i could start 1 november. But i guess ishould wait to 15 november.

    Take em. I’ve had high bp all my life. The beta blockers will calm you down, too. Less adrenaline spikes and anxiety, if you ever get that. Lisinopril 40 mg 2x a day. Atenolol 12.5 mg 2x a day.

    U should look into 4:20 eating schedule, Obsi. Cleans up your roidwrecked body, u know. At least more efficient than any medicine known to man.

    And put in a 48 hours fast once a month.

    I u wanna reach the high 80s, thats the best thing u can do.

    And maybe more important, upgrade the quality of life in the 50s to 70s.

    How’s the genetics in your family? You got good ones & do everything else in moderation, you should be fine. What are you hoping to do in your 60’s that you consider “quality”?

    Fasting works for me & kickstarted my progress.

    You’ll definitely slow down in the gym & recovery , particularly since you have you own business. But there’s definitely quality gym life in the 60’s. And then after retirement, your ability to recover from work outs bounces back. I nap after my gym recovery meal and its incredible.

    You’ve got good genes to get old. Just moderate things to keep your blood pressure, lipids, liver & kidneys happy. Don’t push your joints for the sake of anything & you’ll be lifting into your 80’s Viking!

    So, starting the raid with a 72 hour fast.
    Here i am 35 hours into it, just got put of bed.
    Well, started yesterday with a shot. Tren e 200 mg, .5 ml sus 400 mg.
    But im not sure about the mgs. I think they both are degraded.

    See that Obs, my thigths cuts are already deeper than the Missouri river

    Picked up 2 bottles of tren e today, 3 bottles of test c and ari.
    So i shot 1 ml 400 mg sus today. In addition to the shot yesterday which was 1 ml tren e and 0.5 ml sus 400.

    Friday next shot, so this will be week one.

    Replacing tren with anadrol after 3 weeks then repeat.

    Now 48 hours into a 72 hour precycle kickoff fast. Meaning, i will hit the gym tomorrow. With full force without calories the last..well...68 hours i think.
    Curious to see how that goes.

    Those wheels could do damage, Obsi...no?

    Another superior benefit of extended fasting (more than...40 hours i guess) is straigtheting loose skin. When i was heavier, my waistline wAs much bigger. When cutting it resulted in loose skin.
    Here i am 58 hours into the fast. Skin around the belly is much better.
    When i start eating today, i guess i will look 20 pounds heavier in 48 hour with help from the new anabolics in the system.

    I look smal here, and i think the angle is shrinking me abit.

    But, point was the waist.

    So far my biggest problem with fasting, is not the hunger, but the joy and taste of eating. Eating good tasty food is for me like pure pleasure. And when u fast, u have to drop that pleasure to get through the day.
    If u have some other problemes in life and u used food to stil have a joyfull day, it could be challanging.
    Best tip is to change focus. Get your joy from other sources than thinking of a deliscious thai bufet.

    Wo out ok. Here i am, rigth after. I lifted weigths 72 hours since last meal.
    Ofcourse lean, strength ok, size ok. Lets say 10% below average for both.
    Now, eat a crazy bufet with proteinshake 1 hour later.
    Then time vil translate this locally buff body to national upper class for those without insulin /GH within a few days.
