LOL, no 20 rep sets of 315 yet, but it's coming up soon. Temps here have been around 88°F/31°C when it's cool and the highs have been up to 102°F/39°C, so I'm actually looking forward to squatting.No A/C in the shop, just fans, but it's a damn good workout.

I may have a go at a full shoulder workout tomorrow, but adjust the weights as needed to allow the lift. The therapist is telling me under ideal conditions, nerves regenerate at the rate of 1mm/day. My primary care Dr. said about 25mm/ month, so either way it's going to be a long, slow process. I did add in pharma GH in hopes that will be useful.
What about the TB500/bpc157 (or So..??) mixture?
