Day one’s 900g carb repletion only put 0.2 lbs. of scale weight back on, but it’s painfully obvious that I was holding a lot of stress induced subcutaneous water on the last cut day. I figured that’s what was going to happen when I wasn’t getting thirsty during the refeed.

Thanks for the advice. All of the posing stuff is something that I never really bothered learning.
I’ll give it a go after the next week or two of relatively slow rebuild to maintenance. Knowing how my body has typically worked with this protocol, I’ll probably find myself down another couple of pounds by the time I get there.
Then again, “typically” appears to have gone out the window with Tren . I wasn’t expecting to be down over 10 lbs. post-refeed. Hah.

Was going back through your thread and looking at the first pics you posted in September on 2017. First the “heavy” you and then the “skinny” you.
All I can say is WOW.
Again just want to complement you on all of your accomplishments...first on dropping all of that weight and then on adding some really solid muscle. Even with the drugs, none of that happens without hard work and dedication. I know I commented already this week but brother, it deserves to be celebrated again.

I do acknowledge that the drugs played a huge part in how far I went, and especially how fast. Hell, even starting TRT was huge. It always seemed weird to me that I couldn’t seem to push above 170 without just getting fat, gross and relatively weak. Apparently, having total test levels between 50-130 can hinder progress. Heh.
I do agree that people should spend some time finding their natural limits, especially because of what it does for learning about training and nutrition. That said, there are some poor bastards like myself whose natural potential is “mediocre dogshit” due to things that are out of their hands. Those guys shouldn’t hesitate to get on a good protocol for a year or so, then decide where they want to go from there.

I squatted 100kg yesterday and was so surprised that I had to set up a camera and film myself doing it a second time.
It wasn't my first time squatting 100kg, I mean I squatted 100kg for the first time about a year or two ago, but what made this special is that I'm currently running 20km per week (5km four times per week).
I'm pretty chuffed with running 20km per week and still being able to squat 100kg. Plus I wasn't wearing a belt for the squat.
