Damn man 121 HR, is that resting?
My resting is around 50-54, your heart is doing twice the work as mine
Did you just come back from a run or something?

That heart rate is bothersome
Mine gets high at times but if the beats get up to 120 I get concerned.
This is 1.5 hours after 25mg atenolol
Attachment 172667
I dont get any better than here.
Been this way all my life.

I researched t3 today, apparently that's what controls your heart rate. Rested hr is 124 tonight, I'm done with t3! This go around anyway

Having trouble sleeping, figured I'd talk about my dad a little bit. He grew up in a small town, plains Georgia, extremely poor. He pretty much didn't have a dad, and had to work his ass off to help provide for his family. He was extremely intelligent; and took college level math courses in high school. He joined the Air Force after he graduated, 1961 I believe, and scored in the top 2% on the entrance exam. He was the crew chief of a cruise missile in Germany, he worked on the guidance system. After getting married to my mom, he started his own business as a electrical contractor, and became the go to guy for all the local industries. He built furniture and did other wood working as a hobby. He also built race engines for dirt track and drag racers. But most of all he was a awesome dad that loved his three children. I am devistated to say the least
