Weighed 232 this morning, so I only lost around 3 pounds, which I'm happy about! Pretty happy with overall results, was hoping to get upper chest, traps and legs bigger, but that's hard to do recomping. I have a feeling they gonna grow come January...

AG. has request to not be judge. He can get into details if he wants. It's not due to anything negative, but rather positive events for him.

I will be taking AG spot as judge, unless you guys feel otherwise

no just send them one at a time in the post if you combine everything it's going to murder the resolution and make it really ugly when I go to post them just post the pics the same way you did as your starting pictures I'll figure it out from there actually I know what I'm going to do it's not that hard but I just would like them to be full resolution so I'm not resizing pictures that are already resized
