    Morning all,

No gym today, no work today, no stress today.

Just finished some cardio and whipped up some eggs. I'll get the kids up shortly and off to school, then Sweetie and i are going to spend the day at a little town festival. I'm already on "heavy sigh" watch when she sees I've packed food for the day. I only have a week left, eating a bunch delicious fried and sugary food, while wonderful, isn't in the cards. I'll eat something bad.... Mini donuts maybe.., but mostly I'm going to behave.

Or, maybe I'll freak out and eat "many" donuts....

    Have a great day,

A carb up day would be good for you. Get your energy level back up.

What's the small red spot between your finger and the kanji? Did you pin there recently or is that from the shoulder issue?
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Shoulder issue. I don’t pin delts anymore. It was settling between the muscles or something. Wound up being more trouble than it was worth. Gluts and quads are it now.

How's your range of motion before the discomfort really kicks in? Is it a constant b!tch?

Not bad before. Limited when it hurts. It was popping today. It’s why I can’t do flat bench anymore.

Watch the video couch posted. I have done side laterals wrong always. Put the stress on the joint.
I kept elbows locked and went straight out during upright laterals.

Most of my shoulder issues stemmed from putting too much on my front delts only during bench.
I try to avoid excercise form in which I "hinge" my shoulder joint. If it rotates rather than acting like a straight hinge I have no issues.

Understand that. I'd stretch as tolerated, not to see how far you can push yourself, but to keep a full range of motion. Probably would stick to light tension band work and focus on blood flow, but that's just what I've had luck with in the past (it got me through a ruptured bursa).

    Hope it improves, Cape.

Out of curiosity, why are you stopping the Tren now? Versus like next week or whatever?

Dropped everything, including test, and adding winny. Hoping to lose some water and lean out, but dont think I stopped/started early enough. Last shot was Sunday, tren ace is bout out, but the test and mast are enathate. Dropped tren e a few weeks ago. I know the mast doesn't hold water, but the 750 a week of test does. I'll probably lean out around next Friday...lol

I actually like the idea of dropping Tren a week out. sure its not estrogenic, and its androgenic as fuk, so theoretically you should be dry on it and not hold water. but a lot of guys get a bit of an inflammatory response from Tren and that causes water retention itself.

That’s pretty much what happened to me fairly early in. I bench power lifting style now and corrected my upright rows as well!

This was going to be my suggestion. Maybe try some mobility drills and possibly some soft tissue manipulation if you have some tight areas around it.

Me too!! Sadly this is about the worst timing possible for pics out of the month as well! Retention and bloating at its highest! Ugh! 🤦🏼*♀️
