    Current cycle is test/eq/hgh/var. I added in the var about 2-3 weeks ago. Was debating throwing in some t3 but i never felt sluggish from the growth. Im at 3.3iu/day of gh and i would like to stay on it as long as crypto currency keeps working haha

    Put some Psyllium Husks in your protein drink at the start of the day. It will get your BM in line and it will come out fast and clean.....no need to constant wiping.

I'll be at the gym for back with tonight, followed by a steak dinner. I'm going to spend the weekend getting my duck gear in order and just enjoying the cool weather.

    I hear you, love grouse hunting, but have to travel North to do any. I don't do much pheasant hunting either because there's very little public land that's any good around me, and I don't have a dog.

    I always spend the first two weekends of the season in some woods along the Illinois River and its 95% wood ducks, occasionally I'll see teal... If I'm observant enough I wont shoot at it (season ends for those late September). The rest of the season I'm hunting flooded fields and it's mostly mallards, a few wood ducks. Less common to see are Pintails, Mergansers (although I shot two last year). Black ducks and ring-necks are even more rare. That's about it. Late season, depending on weather, we'll usually get a few geese.
