Me too! Lol I’ve only ran one intentionally (to gain muscle) the rest have been flat out over eating or more recomp style. Once I drop some more fat, I’d like to do run var and gain some more muscle!

I like to squat against the wall pushing for a little bit before taking leg shot, take the right when you get off the wall.

Single Db Rows 65x8
Plank 30 secs

Db shoulder press 35x10
Wide pull-ups 12
Hanging leg raises 10
1 min rest
- made it 4 rounds
Giant set 3 10 mins

Db Side lateral raises 10x13
Db Reverse lateral raises 10x10
Db overhead extensions 15x12
Db curls 15x12
30 secs rest
- made it 5rounds
I’m all out of protein powder at the house ...so I had to run by the gas station for last minute protein shakes! Lol Got 2 ...1 post workout and 1 mid afternoon.

Obs posted this and I tried it Wednesday. I don’t think I got through half of it.
Kitty you do a lot more volume than me. You should give this a try.
Full disclosure I started with 15 lbs dumbbells. And 25’s on the presses. 25 plate front and 10’s on side raises. I couldn’t lift the 10’s at the end.
Most painful intense shoulder workout I’ve had.
