I’d go later if I had a choice! Lol I’m almost 20 mins from the closest gym, 30-45 mins from work depending on which office we are in that day...no way to squeeze it in after work with family & church obligations. So I just suffer through the week on little sleep! Lol...Friday’s I’m off though, so I usually go around 8! I think it’s all the same devotion. Just finding what works best for you!

When I get time I am gonna try to get some friends here to liven this place up.
I will warn though, they are not used to censorship when it comes to their dirty minds.

Not currently. I'm eating broccoli throughout the day, other than that, I eat 100carbs/day usually post-workout...sometimes I'll split it with pre-workout.
I gotta stay on top of things...

I have a bunch of kids, I assumed my drag-assyness was their fault?? Some of it is trying to gain a little knowledge about my chemistry. Random bullet points:
- After years of eating about 300g of carbs a day, I began to wonder if it was necessary. So I started recording my blood sugar with the assumption being that if I had "extra" sugar in my blood, I was either eating too many carbs and not using them, or I had some other issue(s). My blood sugar was routinely 120 on a clean diet, which read was pretty high.
- so over the course of a few weeks I started incrementally cutting carbs. I cut my carbs to 250, BS went down to 112(ish).... cut them to 200, BS was 106ish. 150g/BS100, finally at 100g of carbs, my blood sugar is regularly 95ish two hours post carb meal.
- around this time, I heard a few interviews with notable coaches who separately said that the first thing they do with new clients was make them go 0-carb for a month or two to "reset" their sensitivity to carbs. I have no idea if 'resetting sensitivity' is a real thing or not, but I thought, "eh, why not try it". That was the end of July and I thought I'd try it for 2 months.
-But.... Then I decided that I'd jump into this competition so that Guitarzan and Kitty would have someone to beat, and here were are, and that's why I'm still at 100g of carbs a day.
Its a work in progress and I'm not sure where to go from here... probably carb-cycling is the next step.

Wow. That’s extreamly detailed. That’s cool. I couldn’t function on that low of carbs every da. But I have a physical job as well. The cycling helped me cut a good bit of weight. And I could set my workouts accordingly like having legs on the high carb day and arms on zero carb day. So I wasn’t depleting myself.

I just invited some new members to this board.
I ask that they be recieved well.
They are not new and thorough as can be into the lifestyle.
They may not have hours to spend here every day but they are all great guys who do not perpetuate issues.
If they believe something different than other members then it needs to be accepted to disagree.
Not directing this at anyone. Just posted here becausecthis is the busiest thread.
