Lol I’m almost 20 mins from the closest gym, 30-45 mins from work depending on which office we are in that day...no way to squeeze it in after work with family & church obligations. So I just suffer through the week on little sleep! Lol...Friday’s I’m off though, so I usually go around 8! I think it’s all the same devotion. Just finding what works best for you!

    See I’d get there the first time but it would be a struggle for me to go back for cardio. Yeah that wouldn’t happen. Lol.

    Fun fact of the day: I haven’t had any tobacco in almost 3 weeks. I think I’m past the gate now.

    I will warn though, they are not used to censorship when it comes to their dirty minds.

    WOW that is hard core. Only when I truly get serious do I manage to haul my ass out of bed at 4:30 AM get to the gym at 5 do 45 minutes HIIT and make it to work about 6:30. Then I lift after work at 3 PM.

    -But.... Then I decided that I'd jump into this competition so that Guitarzan and Kitty would have someone to beat, and here were are, and that's why I'm still at 100g of carbs a day.

    Its a work in progress and I'm not sure where to go from here... probably carb-cycling is the next step.

    Wow. That’s extreamly detailed. That’s cool. I couldn’t function on that low of carbs every da. But I have a physical job as well. The cycling helped me cut a good bit of weight. And I could set my workouts accordingly like having legs on the high carb day and arms on zero carb day. So I wasn’t depleting myself.

    I ask that they be recieved well.
    They are not new and thorough as can be into the lifestyle.

    They may not have hours to spend here every day but they are all great guys who do not perpetuate issues.

    If they believe something different than other members then it needs to be accepted to disagree.

    Out of curiosity, can you give me an idea of how your week worked? Like did you have 2 high carb days, 3 low carb days, and two no-carb days? And on your no-carb days, did you eat vegetables like broccoli or anything?

    If I remember it was zero low low medium high.

    Back in Black is a wonder with it. Or was when he was helping me. The zero days were brutal on me
