I'm not in comp. But getting leaner.
158 with breakfast of: 3 oatmeal and yogurt pancakes (40g oatmeal, 1\2 cup non fat Greek yogurt, 3 eggwhites) and scramble eggs (5 whites 2 whole)

Also went to doc. This morning.
I have a pinched ulna nerve, not carpal.
He said maybe slight carpal. But it's the pinched compacted nerve that's doing me in.
Tried to give me norcos, I passed. On them. I know that journey too well. I was told to take 1000 mg ibuprofen 3x a day for a week.
Feels good.
This is a result from years of shooting stupid calibers by the 1000s.
Hot 10s , 44mag hunting loads. And the real culprit, those freeing 9x25s out of polymer Glocks, and tanfoglios.
The Dillon was known to cripple shooters in a matter of 2 years.
What competitors in the late 1980s and early 1990s who were using the 9×25mm Dillon were doing was adjusting the powder used, to produce more pressure in the compensator, or muzzle brake. A muzzle brake works by diverting gases to reduce felt recoil. The greater the gas volume, or the pressure that gas is at, the more force the comp or brake creates. Competitors could "feed" the comp more gases. This turned out to be too much of a good thing. The muzzle blast created by the combination proved to be tiring over the course of a match, and the resulting recoil re-direction proved hard on elbows and shoulders.

I understand what you are saying and do not necessarily disagree however I hear genetics way too often. I will just about guarantee that he could get the same size arms. A lot of work and sweat, but he could. Some people are hard gainers for certain muscles. My legs are hard gainers. I work them harder than any other body part and they have grown quite a bit, but never enough.
The generalization works both ways.

Tonights training
Deadlifts 240x4 (+1 rep from best on 240kg, +2 reps from last time with 240)
Speed squats 110x 3,3,3
I need to up my cals. I think I went too low on calories during the cut and tried to make too much happen in 4 weeks (a mistake since I was not on cycle). Now all of a sudden my metabolism has new numbers compared to last year, my weight has stalled after carbing up. Of course I don't want fat gain but I have a feel for how it should go with the strength increase, don't want to impede that progress.
New planned diet is:
Breakfast overnight oats in a jar
120g oats
3 tbsp ground flax
1 scoop whey
100g berries
125g quark (curd cheese)
some honey for taste
meal 2,3,4:
~150g chicken breast
100g coarse whole bulgur
100g crushed tomato/+paste
2 fish oil caps
Before bed, overnight oats in a jar
120g oats
1 scoop whey
3 tbsp ground flax
1 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
honey for taste
So this goes up to ~3600-3700 net calories (insoluble fiber not included otherwise its at the ~4k range). Doing a little cardio on off days, 15 minutes on the elliptical.

Thanks, though I could have done better. Looking at log book I lost a rep or two on lower body exercises (during cut), so despite propionate kicking in fast the PRs are not as impressive. I blame being relatively lean to make any dramatic fat loss during the prime (excuses) and doing it off cycle.
Also sucks that fat loss occurs on selected areas and stubborn areas wont improve until no other fat source is available. Looks like rib area, back, love handles shrunk, but thighs and bottom abs/belly button area not so much change, barely visible. Not much I can do for fat loss from now on though just keep it at bay.

Re: cutting out face, you never know. There are weirdos out there who will stalk you et.c. Then there is the possibility of collateral damage down the road for who knows what reason, suddenly someone uses the fact against you in some way. Lol government can but our crimes are too petty to make it worth any effort.
I keep the max amount of grams of gear plus ancillaries so that the worst I can get is fines. Don't care about the record I already have one LOL!! Over here the law is such that 5mg counts as a "dose" and they applied this due to dianabol (back in the day regular dose was 5mg) and then applied the same weight principle to all AAS and related stuff, HCG and AIs count, not sure about GH and peptides. 8000 doses = 40g total is my limit and this way whatever happens I don't give a damn except that they'll take my gear and fine me, I'll just have to pretend I'm sorry at the station. But still I wouldn't make my identity public on the net esp with AAS that has a negative connotation.
