    No appetite either and bloated... need to clean up diet (too much sugars lately) and throw a brief cut (4lbs would be enough).

    I'm on GF diet and I don't miss pasta at all, have had enough in my time. Never heard of chicken parm but it looks interesting.

    Felt lots of lethargy today and pinpointed it to my recent increase of niacin dose. Makes my stomach upset and lethargic for hours after a dose. Less than an hour before training today demons tormented my insides and I lost considerable weight in the bathroom. I decided to iron it out and just do some flexibility and meditation pre workout...

    Todays training
    Deadlifts 240x2
    Speed squat 105x 3,3,3

    Felt pains here and there and felt weaker but went through it. Regretted this as I was weak today, trembly and lethargy persisted into training. Lowering niacin dose to 2g per day, 1g with breakfast and 1g with last meal before bed to minimize interference.

    Pro tip: take your selfies after you're pumped up from a workout, while sitting in the smallest possible lateral raise machine you can find. Makes you feel huge

    Shoulders this morning, followed by cardio.

    All companies offering blood work now state they don't offer sensitive E2 for men. Why now ffs I'm using nandrolone I need it more.

    Actually all tests are done in the national university hospital. The companies are just agents for the service. Before it was if result was below 100 pool they retested sensitive. Most likely due to the low price $25 they eventually lost profits and discontinued.

    I may be feeling low e sides not niacin issues. I'm dropping aromasin to 12,5 EOD. I'm much leaner than before this will obviously affect aromatization, didn't think of this...

    AG, I get 1.2g magnesium from my diet (and around 5g potassium), do you really think supplementing will help? My sodium intake is low think it might affect potassium levels somehow?

    Cyanocobalamin still has to to be converted to active B12 forms, thus doesn't eliminate the rate limiting step by converting enzymes, I'd be curious to try parental methyl-B12 and just oral adenosyl-B12 if I could find them.

    The somnolent thing is actually good I'd pin on Saturdays so that to enjoy extra sleep on Sunday.

    Have not heard of that type of B12. Had a typo though meant 1000mcg ED not 100mcg ED. But once my appetite turned around I just stopped pinning B12 and carried on,.

    What about replacing some of your carbs with faster digesting ones?

    Take the undies off put shorts back on. Walk out put your foot up on the headrest. Look at him smile and ask if he comes here often ? Then tell him he looks like he’s in really good shape. That should get him moving on sooner than later.

    I usually drop a couple farts. As I mentioned my diet has 80g+ fiber, I can produce gas at a consistent rate. Easy to clear an area of the gym.
