....., I even made a thread about potassium supps a while back, my diet has over 200% rdi potassium.

    A bit over 200g protein, 3500 cals, 80g fiber
Did you say you're losing weight with 3500 calories? #jealous

Which peptides are you running? I've really been thinking hard about mk677. I'd rather just take GH but i don't want to have to mortgage my house in a year to stay on it.

I take a potassium supplement, it's just generic stuff off Amazon, but it's brought me up to a happy level. I'm currently taking that, fish oil, magnesium, and... Feel free to laugh at me... but i recently started talking pine bark extract*.

Congrats on the stellar bookwork, you're clearly in top of it!

Hell no! It's about 3250 net cals and it's my lean bulk. I lost weight at a bit below 2500 calories.

Cool stuff will give the studies a read soon.

Edit: I'm using mod grf 1-29 and ghrp2 or ipamorelin, 100mcg each , twice per day. I go for a 40 min walk (5km or 3mi) then have meal 1 or 5

Ass is sore from the heavy presses last night. Today is arm day. Was thinking adding basic shoulders movements at the smith machine since I skipped a proper shoulders day this week.

However I was not properly hydrated and did a hard cardio session the night before test so this might have affected. I Will see over time if better water intake will help.

For next cycle start I'll aim to begin with 60+ HDL (1.5mmol).

    Current diet:
Meal 1 and 5: Protein bar 55g Peanut butter,. 60g dates, 20g whey, 2 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp flaxseed oil, 20g oats
    Meal 2,3,4: 100g chicken breast, 100g bulgur, 40g green lentils/kidney beans/chickpeas, two 70% caps fish oil
    A bit over 200g protein, 3500 cals, 80g fiber
May want to consider a little magnesium supplementation? It will help with K retention.

Aha, thanks for the info AG. Dietary magnesium good enough? Might be able to eat some veggies for Mg. I'm a little hungry on this bulk diet after every meal again...

For me it wasnt, I usually consume several ounces of almonds daily. I don't like magnesium oxide, it didn't seem.to help much. Right now, I alternate between magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate, whichever I can find cheaper. Those helped me enough that I could cut my prescription potassium doasge by half.

Edit:. Just went and checked my Amazon history. I've been buying the NOW brand magnesium citrate most of the time.

So when I go in for lab work I ask to have these specific readings?
I've had blood work done but it had different stuff on it. Why did yours not have testosterone on it or does it and I just missed it?
The blood work test I had did have test. On it. Everything on my was in the normal range other than my free test. Was high at 37.5. Not even sure what that means.
Until getting on this forum I never knew blood work was a must/advantage. I just old school it and pin away.

You might consider reading through this:
    https://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-...rst-cycle.html

    At the minimum get:
    1. Testosterone, Total
    2. Testosterone, Free
    3. Sensitive E2 Assay (Not basic estradiol, that's for women)
    4. CBC (Compete blood count)
    5. CMP (Comprehensive metabolic panel)
    6. Lipid Profile (post cycle is fine)
    7. LH and FSH (pre-cycle and post PCT)

I think there is a link in there that will take you to another thread about getting the right blood work. If you want to go further than whats above, then yes. You need to order these things specifically. Vitamins, lipid profile, etc. If you're working through a Dr., they'll have to order everything you want.

According to Amazon, I've been taking Magnesium OXIDE... Are you saying that your blood levels didn't improve using oxide versus citrate/glycinate?

Cool, Thank you! I've been on THT for 3yrs now and have done what I thought to be a cycle once every summer consisting of: 1cc/250 Enthanate a week (from what I've seen on forum I should of done twice that and broke it up into twice a week) then I took 1cc/200 deca a week, 30mg of dbol a day. No estrogen blockers but didn't have side effects so likely wasn't needed no more than I was using.
Next cycle I'm going to ask the forum what I should use, amounts and when, Ect.... I'm guessing since I'm on THT nolvedex, clomid won't be needed.
While on tht when cruising I do 1cc 250 Enthanate a week.
I don't plan to try and do another cycle till deer season is over. I own a business that process's deer for income.

A bit off topic but the reason I don't have test and estrogen is because I am on TRT. Follow the guideline charlie mentioned. Mid cycle check blood counts and sensitive estrogen test, and liver if using an oral. In future cycles you can get away with less tests if you have run the same cycle before, for each compound it's best to get bloods (related to the side effects it can cause) and see how you handle it before serious sides appear. But always do a pre cycle check. Thyroid is not so important maybe once a year to see if you're healthy.

You can choose packages of what to check from the company you order labs. I happened to get this package for $65 so I just went with it, I could have done without thyroid but lipids alone cost $45 and blood counts alone the same...

I've operated like this for 3yrs now doing same cycle and always make nice gains. Not huge gains Ive always finished with at least a 12lb gain. However this being the 3rd summer I didn't do as well. I'm thinking I need to bump up gear intake to double what I have always done before.

I'm not trying to be massive on the first place. At 57 and not competing in any area I don't see the point. I'd like to be big but toward the leaner side. In that I'm now 5'11,188lbs.
I'm thinking around 210 is about where I want to maintain. So I still have some gaining to do. Who knows...my goal used to be 192 and now that I'm close I want 210. I'm sure once I'm 210 I'll want to be 225lbs. You always want just a little more. Lol

Heck, I'd just like to be as big as this guy... and vascular as hell.

The below is a quote from another place:
An incident transpired when Muhammad Ali’s daughters arrived at his home wearing clothes that were quite revealing.
Here is the story as told by one of his daughters:
“When we finally arrived, the chauffeur escorted my younger sister, Laila, and me up to my father’s suite. As usual, he was hiding behind the door waiting to scare us. We exchanged many hugs and kisses as we could possibly give in one day.
My father took a good look at us. Then he sat me down on his lap and said something that I will never forget. He looked me straight in the eyes and said, “Hana, everything that God made valuable in the world is covered and hard to get to.
Where do you find diamonds? Deep down in the ground, covered and protected.
Where do you find pearls? Deep down at the bottom of the ocean, covered up and protected in a beautiful shell.
Where do you find gold? Way down in the mine, covered over with layers and layers of rock. You've got to work hard to get to them.”
He looked at me with serious eyes. “Your body is sacred. You’re far more precious than diamonds and pearls, and you should be covered too.”

When I think about my lack of visible muscle, I think "no worries, Muhammad Ali said I should keep them covered."

Headed off for some back work. Depending on the crowd I'll likely do:
    BB rows
    Wide grip pull-ups
    Close-grip pull ups
    DB rows
    Reverse lat pull downs
    Shruggs

It's Friday night, that means all you folks should go out and eat like crap. Come on, help a brother win this thing, eat up!

    Have a great weekend all,
    C-

No sir, I got by with less using citrate. My potassium levels improved nicely when I switched to citrate; with oxide my potassium barely increased.
Don't know if that is a hard and fast rule, but I did better with citrate.

Hope y'all don't mind, but I thought I would post this up for the ladies, Ms. Kitty in particular since she has been struggling through an injury. .
Guys, you may enjoy it too, Ms. Abweh is a bit of a character, but I enjoy her humor and videos/content.

Just my 2cents but it kills me that she has to explain she lost size, thats why I wouldn't want anything to do with social media.

^^^ Me neither, buddy. I'm already my own worst enemy, I sure don't need a group of people out there picking me apart.

    Tonight's training

    Seated DB press 50x9,7
    Pullups +15x15, UH CG +15x11
Seated db side raise 20x20 drop 12x8 drop 8x8
Standing calf raise 115x28 RP 12 RP 8
Seated calf raise 35x50 RP 20 RP 12

Late training started a bit before 12am. Screwed up on getting the DBs in place for presses, took eternity to start the reps and burned out considerable energy there. Will have to learn to clean the DBs into place. Feeling good and a little stronger on all but the presses and looking fuller.

    Got bloodwork in.

Hct and Hb 44.7% and 13.9, respectively.

HDL cholesterol definitely too low at 24, used to be 30

FT4 and FT3 are the same but TSH went from 4 to 1 after upping levothyroxine, maybe some T3 would have been better of a choice

Cortisol is fine, was expecting it low

    SHBG is kill - 2.3 nmol/l.

That's it, tren is keeping SHBG too low with a bad lipid profile. Not sure why I have been experiencing a surge in E2 levels lately perhaps it's just cause I gained some fat, I know by past experience that 4-5lbs are enough to make a significant difference.

I squat in jeans and work boots with a heal... Lol
Get some looks but don't care. The jeans work a little like a powerlifting suit and the boot heals keep my heals to stay planted. However I've ripped two pairs of jeans out thus far this summer
