If I recall correctly, the last time I saw that in the theater, I was a senior in high school. Not long before heading to Ft. Jackson.
There was me, a 20 year old girl I was dating then, and a bottle of George Dickel No.8.

LOL, the year before that it was Heavy Metal and Jack Daniels No. 7 and a different young lady.

From personal experiences, from people I have followed with IRL and helped lose fat, and from many vets here too, some general guidelines for fat loss:
It is better to increase cardio than cut food
Cutting for too long doesn't work so well, you're better doing it a couple weeks at a time

You aren't too late for a cycle. I start mine next week too but its short esters so it's meant to be 8 weeks anyway. Looking good btw your skin is much thinner.

I agree. I always adjust my cardio, not my diet.

Thinly sliced. Drizzle olive oil. Sea salt. Bake 400 20 min. Flip 1/2 way through.
Burgers on the grill. I use 80/20 and mix catsup or bbq sauce in. They stay juicy.

Nah, Cape. I've actually had the shop to myself for the past few nights. I get my mill and lathe work done and monitor the hardening furnace. Actually have a couple of pieces of D-2 on one of the surface grinders, one part in the draw oven, and have my fingers crossed that no one breaks anything before 11.

I was spending an assload of time on Indeed, submitting resume's, and checking out some of the companies around Donaldson Center.
Actually may get to take Mrs. AG out to grab an early supper this weekend.

I'm surprised at progress I'm seeing. Going to have to light a fire under my own ass now that I'm having weekends off.
Tell you what, after 16 years of mostly third shift, second shift is a big change.....so much daylight and traffic!
Probably will end up on day shift my last couple of weeks here. I can deal with that though. I like early morning lifting in my shop at home!!
