    I can sympathize, this year I have a daughter in each of three different schools. Grade school, middle school, and high school... My mornings are wreck. Prioritizing gym time is tough, keep at it!

    Why do we have some competitors who "cheat meal" 3-4x a week even try these comps?

    Just curious were the logic is in that.

    My boy goes back to school next Monday, but for me it'll make things easier. He requires constant 1:1 supervision, so I've had to hire babysitters so I can go to the gym. I'm proud I kept up with my routine fairly well during the summer. It's been rough, but I know if I hadn't kept up with cardio and workouts I'd be in a terrible frame of mind. Working out keeps me going!

    Today was a cardio-only day. Tomorrow I have cardio in the a.m. and chest in the evening. Anyone available to come spot me?

    Summer appears to be almost over in Europe, temps are going down and a massive cold front is approaching, and that is good. The heatwaves have been quite persisting this year.

    Yeah maybe. I should have told her she's going to be fine, I don't have anything contagious lol.

    There are many petit and cute girls training at my gym, they look so young to me though. Their like meteors, I get to see them once then disappear, guess they usually train earlier in the day than I do.

    Somewhere in Marcus thread there should be an explanation. Lie down flat on a bench and do tricep extensions with a dumbbell. The dumbbell should end up above your head but not too low so you lose the contraction. Most pain free skullcrusher type exercise I have done...

    Worst was about 95 F but anything above 85 is too much. I'm hot spirited, I don't do well in summer. Feeling more energy already as temps are cooling.

    Chest flies machine 2 wu

    Incline 30° Db presses 2 wu 2 wo
    Incline 45° Db presses 1 wo

    Decline Db presses 1 wo

    Flat DB flies 2 wo
    Chest press machine 2 wo

    Side bends 1x side
    Leg-hip raises 2 sets - quite painful abs spasms after that.


    45° incline I believe to be controversial, but I found this to hit the very clavicular fibers of pecs, otherwise lagging behind.

    An English speaking gal was in the room today, I believe her to be french judging by the look, should have asked but was not in the mindset for conversation, hope to see her around again. Poor lady no one seemed to understand her lol.

    Back coughing up crap again, but now have a sore throat
    Still managed to go to gym and got my best leg work out to date. Probably had something to do with the young hot girl working legs beside me

    Up at 4 this morning. Was able to get about 30 mins of lifting and 5 to stretch before heading back to catch the bus. Then had time to run/walk the dam I cross on the way to work. It was beautiful!! God simply amazes me!!

    Flat BB Bench 3 wu 7 working sets 95-125x8-4

    Incline BB bench 4 sets 95-105x7-5

    Cable flyes 4 sets 30x12-7 (reps dwindled quickly as muscles just gave out. Lol)

    Cable overhead extensions 3 sets 50-60x10-15

    Cardio 2 miles
