Woke up with a sore chest today (not even 12hr). Skipped food last night, not good. Scale says weight hasn't moved since end of previous comp, no gainz this month, but that was expected.
Legs tonight.

Can’t say I’m sad to see Lawerence quit. I’d become rather tired of his daily complaints/ ailments. But most of all the “Its too hot”. Grow a pair son.

Wow! Getting a bit heated in here
...just going to post my update for the day!
Cardio only. Tabata at lunch with coworker. Very limited space and equipment options.
About 18 mins total
3 rounds of 4 mins each w/ 1 min rest after
Burpees
Alt. Lunges
Jump rope
Mountain climber
Side note I’m pretty dang sore and hungry today!🤣

Just started some dbol . I know that sounds crazy on a cut cycle, but here's my thoughts. I dont care if I hold water for now, only care about end of cycle. Why not run it for 6 weeks, put on some mass and increase strength, then drop it a few weeks out. Should shed all the water, and possibly keep some of the gains, plus I'll be use to lifting heavier and getting better workouts

I almost lost my caber box. Went nuts, a week before nandrolone cycle and pharma grade caber disappears?!?!? Found it though
I don't think I'll do a cut like this again though. The low carbs mess with my head and I get forgetful, mostly because I'm more tired. Pretty much 2 of 3 nights I have my last meal, quark in the blender, sip it down in 5 min, lay down on my bed surfing with the tablet on my chest and fall asleep this way, glasses on lol. I am going to petition to increase the amount of hours each day has so I can get some free time and more sleep.
I think for next cut/prime I'll just change one thing from the bulking diet, cut out the grains in meal 2,3 and 4 in the low carb days. This should reduce carbs by about half. IMO I have years before I have built enough to compete in bbing so until then... For now I'm happy if I eventualy get full abs, although not this time around, less than a week left and the bottom of my abs still have a layer of fat, I lost mostly fat on my obliques, love handles, arms, chest. Also 6 week primes not 4. Slow and steady without having to go to the gym being already exhausted.
I have a new training cycle, it's killer. Will post later.
