No I am just stupid. I was trying to piece together off my horrible memory. Once something is put in the forgotten pile it doesn't come back easy.

It was datbtrue I was looking for.

My whole list of supps includes B complex, C 500mg, D 2500IU, B12 methyl tabs or injectable, Fish oil, Iron bysglicinate 20mg 3x weekly.

Used to take selenomethionine from Nature's Way, still have an unopened bottle, never felt a difference with it.

Some of supps like magnesium and Zinc I don't do well with. Iron I need it cause levels would otherwise fall friggin low. B12 used to be low from cyanocobalamin only supplementation, but either methyl tabs or parental cyano work well.

If you fancy to know, I'm on TRT and I also take cabergoline due to high prolactin. My protocol also consist of a progestin (Tren ) which appears to help with the inflammation, I guess due to estrogen balancing aspect of progesterone agonism and immune modulation from the androgen.

Dark chocolate is mostly fat and it's nutritious, I can eat all the fat I want and not gain any weight, my only problem are sugars and excess carbs.

No way next week could be worse, relief maybe the week other. Maybe...

    Rest day?
I always take at least one day off from lifting, but what about cardio? I wont be doing cardio on leg day, so doing cardio on my day off, Sunday, should be ok? I'm still working my way up with cardio, so I dont think I'll be over doing for now. Maybe reduce to 5 days a week one I start getting more intense with it

    Morning people.

Been up all night, girlfriend been unwell. Woke to her crying in pain.

Heading into work, I place I hate and with people who deserve to be shot in the head. Or sent to a Siberian gulag. Scum.

My challenge today is not to tear someone's head from their shoulders. Someone already cut me off a belter on my way to work. It's going well

Something is lacking though, I always manage to get the long head sore but middle and lateral head feel like I'm not training them at all, need to change routine.

Don't feel bad, I woke up to this. I was cutting open a nicotine patch with a pair of fiskars spring loaded scissors. I missed setting the things down on dresser, they fell off like a yard dart and landed perfectly in the top of my foot. Went in about a half inch.

    Attachment 173786

I stand there with a froze look on my face, I dropped patch sticky side down on my hard wood floors. And I had to shit real bad, dog got scared and hid under coffee table in other room.

Now I have to walk him to calm him down, as I screamed "fuck my life with a dick and a half!!"

    Cuz,
Do you take Caber as part of your regular TRT? Is there any problem with taking it with TRT? Mine is high.

    It needs commas.

The combo of quiting smoking, being stabbed in foot, and needing to shit, caused the foul language outburst that scared the dog. Lol

    Hammer,
I'll be following you closely. My problem has always been getting the fat off. It gives me inspiration to know what the next steps will be once I am able to slim down. I'm really interested in learning from your experience.
So, now your eating for two!

No issues there. I tested prolactin a couple of years ago and it was 54 ng/dl, tried getting off caber and it jumped straight back to that reading, so it's there to stay I suppose. Not sure of the etiology, but I got a pit adenoma I haven't checked in a long while, odds are it grow enough to obstruct the stalk, so that DA infusion from hypothalamus above is blocked, I'd need an endo to prescribe an MRI, but I'm not seeing any atm.

I know, that's why I originally didn't intend to participate. Also august is a terrible month so the first weeks are going to be weak for me.

I wouldn't call it bulking but yes goal is to add a bit of lean mass like in last comp, especially chest and lats.

Only PT1982 missing. Good job on the pics guys, personally I don't mind if some came a couple days late, not like if that's to anyones significant advantage/disadvantage in the comp, everyone posted them within half a week anyway.

Off for some cardio, will send all judges PMs with judging info when I come back.

Just checked, PT1982 hasn't logged in for a month. Estimated probability of timely return = low. LOL. Hope he returns quickly I think most would disagree if he showed up too late
