I'm free Wednesday through Saturday if you want to book a slot with me. Feel free to bring lotion and anything else you feel would be appropriate

Good shoulder workout, mostly traps. Not much flys or presses cause I got a little twitch in left shoulder, should pass. Bike and treadmill, around 20 mins

No lifting for me today. Decided to give hand a day before trying to pull anything. I do believe it was carpal tunnel related bc of where the pain was...and I also felt it release early this morning while sleeping. Felt like ice water running up my arm! Lol

Didn't like chest session last night, something was off and holding me back, couldn't get the aggression out. On the way I noticed a blueish discoloration to hands which is no good omen to a quality workout. Was also horny so I guess the blood was being redirected to less useful bodyparts...

    Chest fly machine 2 wu

Incline Db press 3 wu 2 wo
    Incline Db flies 2 wo

Chest press machine 2 wo +drop
    Flat Db flies 2 wo

    Side bends 1x25 each side

Quick and light but felt done, stamina wasn't that great. Legs tomorrow.

Did chest and arms today. Things went mostly well.... But i lost my freaking headphones so I wasn't as focused as I should have been. I'm stunned at how much music changes my workouts. Normally I'd finish this in about an hour, but today I was closer to an hour and 20 because I was getting distracted.

    Peck deck, 3 x 15
    BB bench, 6 x 3
    Incline DB, 3 x 8-10
    Cable flys, 2 x 12-15
    Superset:
    Curls and overhead tricep extension
Cable rope hammer curls and rope press downs
    Concentration curls and cable kickbacks

1 week weight update: I'm down 3 pounds since last Wednesday.

Personal update: still dog sitting... This mutt is growing on me.

    Sleep well everyone,
    C-

It of curiosity, how do you cook your wings? I mostly stick to chicken breast, but i love me some wings. And grilled squash/zucchini is a great side.

These I added miners poultry seasoning and a little bbq sauce. I have several ways i like to do them, one of my favorites is brushing them with butter and cavenders Greek seasoning. I know butter sounds bad, but most of it cooks off. Have several other seasonings I like on wings, including a jerk and hot sauce

Legs this morning. Squats and hack squats.

Shit at both. Low weight strict form wrecked me. Called it a day after that. Arse and hams are still sore. Lots of stretching.

    Productive. Enjoyed it.

I love boneless thighs. The fat content scares me away sometimes, but it's absolutely my go-to if I'm grilling for a bunch of people.

There's a Thai place that has the BEST chicken and rice dish, made with chicken thighs... If they spoke English, I'd be begging for the recipe.

What time of day do you most often crave for something? Have you tried taking green tea extract? It's good to curb appetite. If it's mid morning try eating protein pancakes for breakfast. Look in the nutrition section and you will find a lot of different recipes for them. Very filling for a long time also just go slam some water.

I have the same problem and often give in and over eat or eat the wrong foods. Mostly because I am bored at work and late at night.

Mines usually late afternoon/early evening. Haven’t really tried anything other than doing my best to ignore them. Lol I think what makes mine worse is I often don’t eat between lunch and dinner due to that being the busiest part of the day.
