    First I was 260 at my biggest at 5'6"

    1) colder baths and showers. The hot chlorine destroys skin elasticity.
    2) don't tan, natural or atrificial under lights, your not a plant. Lol. Uva and uvb also destroy elasticity.
    3) keep diet clean clean. If you can maintain 17% or less for a while it comes back tighter than constantly ballooning 15 pounds back and forth.
    4) Palmer's lotion, the stuff pregnant woman use for stretch marks.
    5) biotin supplements
    6) Walmart sells "making help lotion" for $5 you can't miss is, has a giant cannabis leaf on bottle.

    Biggest factors to help it shrink up is the colder baths\showers, limit sun exposure and diet.

    Diet is key.

    Regular nicotinic acid. I like the flush

    Just fine now though no stomach issues, intake 1g in the morning and 1g before bed, with meals.

    I've read 1,5-2g is what you should take at most when not supervised by a doc, I checked liver after a while on 1-1,5g values within range (posted earlier in the thread.) Googled life extension foundation can't find anything on niacin, have any link?

    Good morning all!

    It's a rainy day here in the Midwest US, which is good, we needed the rain. I started before dawn with a little low intensity morning cardio (normal people might call it a "walk"), followed up by 4 whole eggs, a cup of egg whites, and a few cups of coffee. Packed up a bag of broccoli, a few ounces of almonds, an avocado, and 500 grams of chicken to get me through the day.

    Today's back day (my favorite) which I'll hit late this afternoon. Tonight is high school football (probably in the rain).

    Random thought: i think the biggest fib I read on this forum for a 1st post is "I'm not looking to get huge".... BS, yes you are. I understand the word "huge" it's relative, but i suspect everyone wants to be seen as huge - ya ya ya, i know 'physique competitors' blah blah blah. If you're a physique competitor, relative to the normal person, you're seen as huge to most regular folk

    Anyone ever uses lever-plate loaded pulldown machine? There's one at gym at never looked into, interested in alternatives as the cable pulldowns are doing nothing for my lats no matter how many diverse grips I've experimented with.

    I would also perform seated low rows and rear delt row.

    Back performance has suffered a lot since joining gym in June, I struggle to perform 10 reps of half the weight I did before, need to redesign the day completely.
