Boy oh boy, if it gets hit just right, it's literally like a testicle on your knee , and that's an understatement.

I've vomited once when I was stumbling through the house drunk and whacked it off the edge of coffee table.

Fun fact of the day: I haven’t had any tobacco in almost 3 weeks. I think I’m past the gate now.

WOW that is hard core. Only when I truly get serious do I manage to haul my ass out of bed at 4:30 AM get to the gym at 5 do 45 minutes HIIT and make it to work about 6:30. Then I lift after work at 3 PM.

That seems pretty hard core to me!!

Evening guys, just checking in.

No gym today, I'm off Wednesdays, but i did get up and do a little sudo-cardio, that's where I mostly walk but pretend it's cardio. I love being out early in the morning, especially now while it's harvest time here in the Midwest. If you guys know any farmers go give them a high five. Duck season opens in about 4 weeks, so early mornings will be my new bread and butter for the fall.

Today was my oldest daughter's 15th birthday... She gets her driver's permit tomorrow and I'm equal parts sad, and terrified. Sad because she's growing up so fast, terrified because she drives like her mother. We went to the kids favorite Mexican restaurant.... Resisting free tortilla chips is hard enough, but when you order the queso dipping sauce... What's a man to do?

Diet update: Comí demasiado.

Gym tomorrow is chest, back on Friday.... Back day is my favorite. Unlike Cape, I have to do more than lay on *couch to get my back in shape.
