    I’ll do it for 8-10 weeks until cns gets funked. Then I do lower weight higher reps for 2 weeks then back to HIT.

    What are you thinking Bio?

    I think you should go to the lighter weight with drop sets and supersets got 4 weeks before going back. Hit different variations on the muscle as well. Change the lifts like switch to cable press and hammer strength press for the 4 weeks when doing chest. I need to pop into the dungeon at look at your workout routine. I changed the variation of the way I hit the muscle and it sparked massive growth. I’m a small guy 5”4 and approaching 180

    Don’t go to the dungeon. I haven’t posted workouts there in yrs. I’ll post here my normal routine if you can let me know what to change.

    What do you think the issue is? I’ve just become accustomed to my workouts?

    Well... we need to hit the muscle from different angle and different variations. Our body’s are to smart they adapt to everything we do. You can post your training in my section if you want? Extreme lifestyle with Bio. Or even both

    Example Chest

    Smith incline 1 warm 2 working.
    Db Incline. 2 working w/ drop
    Hammer strength incline 2 working drop or rest pause
    Low cable crossovers 2 working
    Reverse pec dec 2 working double drop

    I do more incline because my left shoulder will pop almost out of joint with flat bench.

    Here is what I did for chest today

    Cable press for warm up 5 sets of 12-15 reps

    Hammer strength incline press 5 sets 12 reps

    Db flys 5 sets 10-12

    Cable crossovers incline 5x10

    20 total sets

    On that cable press is were my pump really starts when I am at the beginning of the press I take the cables back far and wide wrists facing each other I press to the inside at the peak of the contraction my wrists are about 3 inches apart. What a chest pump and it takes all the pressure away from your shoulders

    My first thought is That’s a lot of volume. I’ll try anything but I’ve got 25 days left in this comp. are you confident enough to tell me higher reps more sets ? FYI. I’ll be adding slin and pick back up anadrol /dbol 100 mg Ed with the test/tren .

    Yes I do it on a free motion fitness cable machine. It makes it easier having the back rest

    I’m trying to only do the true hit training Dorian gets style for 3 weeks at a time then then switch for 4-6 weeks. Going to true failure Yates style leaves you almost puking every workout and just kills my tendons

    You are still using heavier weight for 10-15 reps then most guys in the gym man. When I do those last reps you really can’t do another and then if you have someone spotting you. Then you can still take the negs. Do you do negative reps after positive fail?

    I think you could modify it and do 8-10 but the volume will help you get those pumps

    When I started this journey I was like 158 and over weight. I learned how to eat and dieted down to 118 and now yeah I don’t even look the same
