    Started my day with cardio. Legs tonight. I feel leaner overall, even though my weight hasn't changed much lately.

    Anyone want to share their secret rituals for final pictures? I'm thinking, like everyone else I'm sure, that some kind of quick and intense pump-oriented full body warm-up just before pictures is the way to go? I'm not particularly lean, so I'll have to pray for some size improvement. What about diet? Any changes at the end?

    If you pump up your legs before photos lines get shallower. Thats sweet of you btw bit you look awesome and better than me. You made huge improvements in this comp

    Giant set 1:
    12 mins - as many rounds as possible
    Leg press 575x12
    Stiff Db deadlifts 45’s x8
    Plank 30 secs
    Rest 1 min
    ** made it 5 rounds

    Giant set 2:
    12 mins - as many rounds as possible
    Kneeling squats 220x8
    Alt lunges 10 each leg
    Hip circle lateral squat walks 10 each way
    1 min rest
    **made it 4 rounds

    Superset
    9 mins - as many rounds as possible
    Leg extensions 90x12
    Leg curls 90x10
    *no rests*
    9 sets


    25 mins cardio

    Great workout! Had nothing left! Lol I am having a little inflammation flare up. Hands, knees, and hips bothering me a good bit but nothing intolerable!

    Changed up my my bi and tri workout this morning, went high rep, 20-30, each set to failure. Did super sets, 4 different lifts per muscle, x 3 sets each. My arms are already sore as hell, and cramping. Had such a good pump this morning, I couldn't see the horseshoe in my tri's, I can usually see them very well. Next week I'll hit them heavy again, and alternate weekly

    Arm day, like some of you. I've been reading Cape and Bio's talk about pre workout carbs so i tried splitting my daily carbs up and had a cup of oats in my pre-workout shake, ate the rest post-workout... I usually get a pretty good pump in my arms, so it's hard to tell a difference, but I'll keep it up for a while.

    Rope pressdowns
    Overhead DB extensions
    Close grip bench (Smith machine)
    Dips
    Cable kick backs
    Machine curls
    BB 21's
    Standing DB curls
    Spider curls
    Hammer curls

    The perspective of this biceps-selfie is weird, but for what it's worth.... And just for fun, a post-workout dinner shot. Chicken, sweet potato, chili beans.

    It is always good to do a complete change up in your routine. The results can be shocking!

    Evening guys,

    No gym today, but I did drag my but through some morning cardio.... Tarzan, stop debating and just give in to cardio already

    Crappy day of work kept me busy, hopefully tomorrow slows down so I can focus on my chest day.
