118 to 176 I guess not. You look like a Rich Gaspari if I had to guess.

    Congrats bio!
Just read your conversations with cape, and I need to change my routine as well. Almost no soreness anymore. I had already planned to switch to higher volume, faster pace lifting to finish out comp, plus add cardio. Trying lean up at much as possible next 3 1/2 weeks

Thank a lot man! I’m training back and shoulders now as heavy as I can for sets of twelve and both are on fire. Don’t get me wrong I love jut training but if you really are doing it right your going to positive fail and then force the volume with the forced negs past fail. Your tendons can only do that so long and then you really have to lighten up

Yea, I try to change my routine every 6-8 weeks anyway. I thought about, after comp going heavy one week, light the next week, and try that for awhile

Yes! Even the smallest tweaks make such a huge difference and light isn’t really light it’s just as heavy as you can go for 8-12 and then incorporate supersets along with drop sets

One more question, so do you do drop sets on every different type of exercise, or just at the end of the muscle group? I typically hit each muscle group with 4 different exercises, so would I do drops at the end of each one, or just the last one

I would do them on your first two lifts for each major muscle your hitting. Then use the rest of the sets to finish it off. I like supersets when I’m hitting two muscle groups at once like my arm day. I start with a set of preacher curls as heavy as I can go for twelve reps and then go straight into skull crushers no rest between then wait a minute or two then repeat. Talk about getting a pump!

Smith incline 1 warm 2 working.
Db Incline. 2 working w/ drop
Hammer strength incline 2 working drop or rest pause
    Low cable crossovers 2 working
Reverse pec dec 2 working double drop

I do more incline because my left shoulder will pop almost out of joint with flat bench.

    Goal is to get swole.

You need to get some Fly's in there. That is what built my chest. Can you do them with that shoulder?

Start with heavy free weight Db fly's twisting your wrist in pinky fingers close about one inch apart the the peak of the contraction.

Super set either Db press or smith press incline

Then move to hammer strength press superset cable crossovers decline

    Finish off with pec deck

See how that feels 2minutes between each superset. Make sure to push yourself. Every rep you can get

I would hate to put a number. You need to do enough reps and sets that you fail. Shoot for 10-12 reps and fail as many as 5 sets each if you can. Your chest should get rocked after doing those fly's with the superset.

You're going to START Anadrol or Dbol for the last 4 weeks? You're pretty lean, but I'd look even blobbier than i do if I started Dbol... What do you hope it will do? Just give you a little (more) size?

And i thought it was against the comp rules to get a trainer just before the end? I'm filling a complaint with Guitarzan, i think being 'red' almost makes him a moderator anyway.

    Yeah for some size.
