We went Halloween shopping.... $300 later... Now I'm the proud parent of a mad scientist, a hot dog, and a social butterfly (don't ask). Plus we grabbed a few plastic skulls, hairy spiders, and a gallon of fake blood.

When did Halloween turn every woman's costume slutty? Nurse, cop, witch... All shaped like strippers.

Edit: oh, and I hit the gym first thing for shoulders and 20 minutes of cardio. If anyone still cares about that stuff, lol.

Actually glad I went out and had this last day and night.

I am extremely judgemental and cast people out pretty quick at sight sometimes.
One guy I would cast off pretty quick and tried to avoid I got to hear a little about. Turns out his young daughter was killed in a car wreck and had a life that would make pretty much anyone glad for theirs.

Buuut I avoided this guy and hated that he wanted to talk to me because I am an insufferable asshole. I have actually just realized recently how many people I have done this to that had shit a lot harder than me.

I was annoyed by a girl that worked with my gf. She was just a teen and I got irritated with her immaturity. I learned that when she was 12 she watched her father soak himself with gasoline and light himself on fire, killing him.

I never wanted to be an angel but in real life I have been unnecessarily intolerant of people.
None of this applies here of course....

I agree, I've lost a shit ton of fat without doing any cardio. I'm adding cardio these last 4 weeks to increase my chances, but dont think its necessary for long term fat loss. I will probably add it also so I can pick up my calories, but well see. What do hate worse, cardio or not eating...lol

After a very long week last week I am back to monitoring you all. All I can say is forgive me workout guru's for I have sinned! In 4 days I consumed a lot of whiskey stayed up till 2 -3 AM every night listening to bands dancing and singing. Ate pretty shitty or not at all and didn't even do a push up. I feel really unhealthy right now, but had a blast, made some new friends, and made some memories with old friends!

Camping season is over so it is time to hit it hard for the winter. This is only a partial set-up last week. I didn't have the bar, 120" rear projection screen, Yamaha PA speakers and sub, wheel of fun etc .... set-up yet!

You burn more calories with the same time ( example 30 minutes) doing lifting thsn you do cardio

I'd trade my 30 min cardio for some lighter weight high rep training sny day of the week

My camper is a toyhauler with a 12' 6" garage! The slides are behind my camper and I always put a fresh coat of wax on them for this weekend. No kids allowed but drunk adults use them from time to time ... lets just say the slides are faster than there drunk legs and they end up on there ASS!

Just finished a fairly solid back workout:
BB Rows
Pull-ups, wide and narrow grip
DB rows
Lat pulldowns
BB Rows
10 mins of cardio

The diet is doing well, post-workout was 10oz lean beef, potatoes, broccoli. Cheat meal tmrw night, likely pizza.

This weekend has already been lost to the kids, sleepovers tonight, and tomorrow... High school football, volleyball games, and a 10 yr old birthday party.... Sigh. But, I'll still hit the gym.

Here is the wheel of fun, if you can read some of the things on the wheel you will get an idea. Keep in mind that this wheel starts out empty and as people spin it and land on an empty spot they get to fill it up. So the wheel is only as fun as the people that play it. Our site is between the actual campground and the bar, so everyone stops by the playground. Whenever a larger crowd begins to form I always remind people no camera's or cell phones taking pics, or I will take it and break it. That's the only way I can get some of the women that are on the edge " should I spin or should I not spin" to participate.

Gtr 230. Itll run 70 on smooth water, with just me. 82 is fast!
