Still debating this one. And after thinking about it, I've only been off cycle two months, but I only ran it around two months. Time on equals time off!

97 f or 36 c here. Just like everyday from June through September with sky high humidity.
No need to complain about it though. You just cowboy up and keep going.

I think a good dose of testosterone would do you better than aspirin.

I have started a word document where I will try to track pertinent information that each contestant post, then try to hold their feet to the fire ... aka motivate along the way. Dig deep ... the best laid out plan will mean nothing if not executed properly with intensity.
I hope to learn from this, should be interesting.
Agreed, the reason I like these comps is it gives you an extra kick. I wouldn't go on a cut like this otherwise, normally I'd just drop some things from the diet for 2-4 weeks and I'll lose some fat but nothing spectacular. Main factor for the cutting part is that I go to bed early so I can wake up early and shoot some peps and go for cardio. That means no porn lol

Yep, clot is gone. I feel great, and rethinking my idea to bulk rest of the year. I'm thinking this comp will motivate me to cut. Thinking a low dose tren and test only cycle, and add cardio. Pretty much haven't done any cardio since I started back last june

That's awesome how seriously you're taking your judging duties. In the end don't forget the official judging criteria though

What do you mean I watch porn morning afternoon and night. Even when folding the towels in equal thirds so my wife don't bitch slap me ... a little porn all the time keeps the heart rate up thus metabolism ... part of the cut!!!!

How quickly things turn to porn around here ... maybe a lot testosterone on the forum?

I can't perform optimally with a fever, don't see AAS being of help there lol.

Had a rather mediocre (for my standards) session today as expected. Situation in weights room was insane.

    Reverse grip pulldowns
    Wide grip pulldowns
    BB bent over row
    Seated rear row

    Romanian deads
    Leg curls

Finished in a pool of sweat and unhappy. Give me winter back.

Added guitarzan, 9 competitors 9 judges now.

A week ago I was going to do squats. When warming up and stretching my hamstrings I pulled a muscle in my lower back, in the right side. Lol injured before touching a weight. Couldn't stand properly and was horrible the next morning, was a battle to get up from bed. I don't know how I managed to do this but that must have been a microtear or something. Now it's finally fading away but still skipped lower body and did vertical press/pull + calves

    seated db press 50kg x 9,7
    chins +15kg x 13, underhand grip +15x10
standing calf raise 115x28 RP 12 RP 12
seated calf raise 35x40 RP 12 RP 12

No, both local owned restaurants. That calzone is amazing, way better than mellow mushroom. Although I do like the queer pizza joint, as my dad use call mellow mushroom lol

Load up on fried foods and cards = max water weight and bloating for before pics for the contest. Genius move imo
