What I do is I copy and paste as is with no resizing. When I upload images to imgur they should retain quality, if you right click and open in a new window youll see its 8k pixels by 2k as the originals. When viewed in this page they don't look as good since the browser is resizing. Glad if you stepped in and helped or showed me any other way.
Thanks btw. Gifted with thigh genetics, I barely work them. Squats are enough, I have noticed leg presses aren't even needed or leg extensions. Then with deadlifts et.c. they get enough work lol.

Just mixed some GHRP2 and Mod GRF 1-29. First shot 100mcg each, going for some cardio in a bit, it's 1am lol, hoping I'll sleep at 2am and get 6h sleep. Felt a little warmth and tingling sensation since last time I used peps was a year ago... Out of strips for my glucose meter, I would like to see if they haven't degraded in my freezer, I bought them 2 yeara ago.
Tomorrow morning cardio then box squats after work.

Just to be fair, shouldn’t we have a date or a code word to make sure that the pics are from that day. Not that there is any trust issues, it is just common in every competition to have something special that notes that it was from that day forward.

Too little muscle on everywhere except my thighs. I have to work my triceps, delts, traps area. A couple of years of building first, then I'll spend doing a cycle just for a cut, not now.
Yep I am surprised I'm not that fat after 3500+ kcal base and a cheat meal every other day, I work a high paced, high stress, physically and mentally demanding job, leave home 10am and leave work 930-10pm 7 days a week. I think I'd do better at powerlifting but I am not a bodybuilder or powerlifter, I just build my body and get the best of both worlds. Don't worry about me Uncle Pecos I'll do great

Uh oh guys..... I am sure that Cuz prepared his body to start the competition this way. He is right on the cusp. the form is similar to12 weeks out from a competition.

One thing that I would like to see done, well maybe, is measurements and muscle/fat gain/loss. It’s hard to tell from pics if someone might have gained or loss 10 pounds. That was hard for me to judge in the last comp even though I’m not a judge this go round.
Just some suggestions

Love the crocs. I have a neon pink pair myself. I find they are built so well, especially compared to the generic knock off brand ones. 4 years later still as good as new (knock on wood)
