I'm indifferent, as long as the judges have the time. Feedback, especially specific feedback for what they think I need to do, would be very helpful. But it is asking a lot.

I know how you feel on the losing mass but on tren its near impossible for most to lose muscle mass unless they undercut their tdee by way to much from what I hear.
I am fixing to do a cut just to see what happens.

As a participant in the last comp, I knew where I was at personally through out the comp. I knew in my heart if I was giving it everything I had and what was limiting my improvement. I only gave it about 75% because I have other priorities in my life. Did the comp open my eyes to somethings about my body that I wanted to work on and still continue after the comp, yes it did. Did I achieve what I wanted to no. If I could have kept all my muscle and just got to 9% Bodyfat, like my goals was, I probably would have won. But since I only dropped to 12.1% I didn't.
My point is you will know at the halfway point how you are doing ... if you are honest with yourself. No one is stopping you from submitting pics at anytime and asking for advise from the group and judges.

August is such a terrible time, major challenge for me atm is hot weather and not anything like training nor diet.

Tren and ephedrine keeps the water off my little fat. I dont mind it in my muskles.
I like peaks and hard hits. Natty test doesnt run flat and I dont have estrogen issues many do so I like to get a nice kick once in a while. I may do eod injections just for that purpose.

Felt lightheaded and breathless, squats bit too challenging for the day, almost passed out, didn't, but if I had, it would have been glorious. lol.
Couldn't even manage what I did last week, stopped at 80kg, did what I was able to then finished at leg press, topped with two good sets at 300kg, which is nice, more than last time I leg pressed and considering the fatigue from the squats, guess I can add up to 4 plates if starting fresh in more favourable conditions, but who cares.
Then calves stuff, and out for a cold shower. Started sweating 1min after finished. lol

Yall are in trouble! Not sure why, but sticking to diet yesterday and today has been a piece of cake, usually the first couple days are the worse for me. I am highly motivated, workouts are going really good, getting strong. Started eca this morning, now just got to get motivated to do cardio. My plan is to ride my bike in afternoons, but weather hasn't allowed me so far

Moment of truth... posting my pics from today. A judge from last competition told me my start pics in that comp weren't clear enough so I did my best to get high-quality pics.
Full disclosure: I'm holding a ton of water rn and I just ate. Muscles are cold but I did cardio in the morning. For the final pics I hope to be dehydrated and have a good pump.
that's my first time attempting this pose. Hope to have it down in 12 weeks. first time for this pose, too

I might take side glute pics bc my concern is losing shape/muscle over the next 12 weeks. My glutes are important to me and I don't carry a lot of fat there, so I need all the muscle I can get.
Is it unseemly for a woman to post glute pics? Obviously I'd wear bikini bottom.

Years ago here admin ran a competition. It was a serious competition. I think like 30 ppl started and maybe 12 finished. It was judged and the winner was announced. But that wasn’t the end of it. There was a poll thread started for the people’s choice award. Anyone could vote. It was pretty cool. Anyone want to ad a surprise factor to the end of this comp?
