I am very “odd” with my smoking. Usually I’ll smoke 2-3 a day, that’s it. . . Some times, like recently - it just grosses me out, it just tastes bad - so I stop

When I was running across the states non stop I’d smoke 2 packs in about a day & a half - considering the amount of stress, I guess

I've been smoking for more than 15 years. It's really hard to quit. I tried too many different ways to quit. Even tried to find out what food can replace cigarettes or is supposed to help me with cravings. All I have come to understand is that it's mental addiction not physical one. I've finally succeeded to quit smoking when I faced health issues. I strictly understood that I needed to quit so I did it.
