Virtually all of the strength community has been talking about what a laid back, nice guy he was.

the thing is , there were probably 100s of other regular joes in their 40s that died of a heart attack just today alone that never did AAS or picked up a weight in their life.
if we don't get hit by a bus or eaten by a shark or strangled in our sleep by our old lady, or perhaps abducted by aliens and have our organs removed for examination , we are likely going to die of heart failure or stroke.

    True..
You know of any ways to prevent heart issues with AAS use?

not mixing AAS usage with other things that are going to greatly compound the risks. so don't add in lots of stimulants, party drugs, alcohol, stressful lifestyle, poor diet, etc.. all these things combined are a death potion. AAS use by itself is not and is relatively healthy (in comparison to other drugs).

however , this is the "holy grail" of bodybuilding and what guys have tried to get to for a long time (no work, no stress, just get paid to bodybuild) and hard for regular guys like you and me to ever get to .
so we just got to work around and deal with all the other factors as best we can

Heart failure death at 41 is pretty fucked. That isn't even half of a long life really...

Not sure why everyone thinks being tall is so amazing when shit like this is a thing. You basically are guaranteed to die sooner than you would if you were shorter... Look at that Greg kovacs dude

But man you have to fuck yourself up with neglect to die at 41 of "natural" causes... I imagine most people would be at least 50 if they died as a result of fucking with rec drugs, peds, alcohol cigs etc(not saying this guy did all those things which ironically makes his death even scarier if just peds were involved). I feel like a piece of shit to my body just for taking the adderall im prescribed 5 days a week, lol.

this confirms the tall people die fast bullshit! If we predict PED user death by height, 11 inches costed him 44 years so exactly 4 years an inch! Fuck that! I only have till 52...lol

    Damn

    405 Pounds fvck

No way in how hell we can stay living and be that big - I learned this shit over time. You'll need to lose size/weight if you are a "big guy" and want to make it past 50. When I say big - I'd prob say about 220 and up being my size & lean

No bodybuilder is that I have seen alive into an older age retained their weight/size

^ this is really where I am with this

Juice, well - the other shit is the multiplier

Don't drink like a fish - it'll beat your organs double time when you're sauced

Stims - that's too easy. . . Our heart will already be most likely enlarged, don't hit it with a heavier load

    And so on -

This year, I'm just focusing on getting juiced and working out

Everything else is getting a tad old

    I do.

    1. Pick your parents well
    2. Don’t be an alcoholic
    3. Don’t become a vegan or take statins and lower your LDL’s artificially low
    4. Don’t be a long distance runner
    5. Eat plenty of meat from different sources and DONT use plant oils to cook or eat with
    6. Control systemic inflammation

Those are the top few I can’t think of as I’m sitting here pooping.

It could have started with something as simple as a virus. There are several that will quickly damage your heart muscle. Coxsackie B virus comes to mind. It will sneak in when your body is stressed and it doesn't fvck around when it gets in your system.

Really quite a loss though. All of the posts I've been reading from the strength community all stress how much of a soft spoken and friendly competitor he was.
Keep thinking about the wife and 5 children he left behind.
