Finished up chemo and radiation last Friday. Was the toughest thing I’ve ever done. Having this place was a very unlikely and very welcomed support system. The amount of love and support that I got in my inbox was overwhelming, I’m so fucking grateful.

Was the darkest 3 months of my life and the most physical pain I’ve ever endured. Anyone that had fought this fight is a hero.

This forum and community gave me an opportunity to take my mind off of my situation and just put some focus somewhere else.

I’ve been at my lowest physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Cancer took a lot from me, what it didn’t take was my mindset. I’ve learned a lot on this journey and the most important thing is my perspective. There is a ton of bad out there but also so much good, you have the power where to put your attention.

Charger, I think of you daily and if you need anything I’m here. To the rest of you, thank you. Just floored by the support, the messages in my inbox and even the opportunities to get to know some of you personally, I’m so fucking grateful.

I’m out enjoying this beautiful state of mine and trying to reconnect with my boys to whom I’ve been so disconnected lately. I won’t let cancer take that from me either.

Wanted to check in and wish you all the best and to the Dad’s, enjoy the one day of the year that is YOURS!

Honored to be a part of this community and thankful for all that I’ve learned and shared here.

Here’s a pic of how I’m spending today, slowly reclaiming my life.

The gym starts back next week, can’t fucking wait.

    Best to you all,

Damn brother, that's you now?? Still looking fucking jacked!

I'm glad to see you and Charger are now on the come up! I knew you could do it. Your boys have a real man to look up to, both physically and mentally. Stay strong and let me know when you start that DHB, ;-)

Weight is but a number. You're still a heavy weight and tbh I think most chicks dig this look more than the bulkier look anyhow. But we're not lifting for chicks anyhow, we just want to be beasts at the end of the day... so I get it

Fuck man!!! Now I feel bad, you look better than me even with all the shit you have been through. I’m not supposed to be working out yet, but fuck it. I can always blame S& D if something happens. LOL
    You are a true warrior.
You have made this ride for me seem so much easier. Mine was nowhere near the level of yours, however the mental aspect of having it does fuck with your head.
