The AP thinks (as if they were capable of intelligent thought) that they have Officer Chauvin (in the Floyd George case) by the short and curlies because they've discovered he used the same neck restraint before.

Except why wouldn't he, considering he was trained in its use by the department and its use is department policy in overdose cases.

This is the foreseeable consequence of condoning and promoting disrespect of police

LA County Deputies ambushed in Compton

DEVELOPING STORY: Two Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies are “fighting for their lives” after they were shot in the head in an ambush at a subway station in Compton, ABC 7 News reports.

But wait, it gets worse ...

'We hope they die': Protesters at hospital jeer Los Angeles deputies shot in ambush

...“To the protesters blocking the entrance & exit of the HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM yelling ‘We hope they die,’ referring to 2 LA Sheriff’s ambushed today in #Compton: DO NOT BLOCK EMERGENCY ENTRIES 7 EXITS TO THE HOSPITAL,” tweeted the department. “People’s lives are at stake when ambulances can’t get through.”...

... and still worse, if that's even possible ...

Notice the arms holding up the shirt. They are brown. Note, too, the brown faces in the crowd wearing red MAGA ball caps. This shirt isn't being held up in ridicule, it's being held up in celebration.

If Trump45 breaks the black bloc vote, this election will be a landslide of Reaganesque proportions.

Jason Whitlock [who is black]: 'Liberalism is the new KKK hood,' 'white liberals' are 'actual bigots'

"[T]this really blows my mind, but where we've gone in this country is that there is a business built around racial grievance," he said. "And that business is booming at such a level that white people are like, 'Hey, I'm going to adopt a whole new identity so I can benefit from being baby Al Sharpton, baby Jesse Jackson.'

"And in academia this is being embraced, and she's been able to pull off this scam, but it's not just her," Whitlock added.

"This isn't just an anecdote. We've had it with Rachel Dolezal, we've had it with the Shaun King guy on Twitter who is white, who has pretended to be black, who has lied and said that, 'Oh, my mother slept with a black man and she didn't tell anybody about it.'

"All of these people moving into the race-bait industry and business, and it must be very profitable and lucrative because everybody wants to be down with the cause."...

Case in point in support of Whitlock's claim:

See white, privileged Antifa-BLM rioters arrested by NYPD

Clara Kraebber is a student at Rice University, where the tuition is about $65,000 a year, while the median black household income is 41,511.

Frank Fuhrmeister is a 30-year-old ad man who owns a stately home in the Beacon Hill neighborhood.

Adi Sragovich is a student at the $72,000-a-year Sarah Lawrence College.

Claire Severine is a fashion model, and Etkar Surette used to summer in Europe.

Elliott Rucka is the son of famous comic book writers who both have TV deals.

Do these sound like revolutionaries to you, or just privileged, poorly educated kids hellbent on punishing the rest of the country over this concept they learned of white guilt?

But not to worry, they've still got another 12 hours to make it a nice, round 50 for the weekend.

Lynwood, Ca., City Manager on LASD Ambush: ‘Chickens Come Home To Roost’

There’s outrageous, and then there’s this. On Sunday, Bill Melugin, an investigative correspondent with Fox Los Angeles, said on Twitter that Jose Ometeotl, the City Manager of Lynwood, Calif., made his Instagram account private after a post made in response to the shooting of two Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriffs.

Jose Ometeotl, the city manager of Lynwood, posted on his Instagram that “Chickens come home to roost” following the ambush shooting of two LASD deputies in Compton. One is a 31 y/o mom of a young boy, the other is a 24-year-old male deputy, both very new,” Melugin said on Twitter.

The hatred goes well with the Malcolm X meme, don't you think?

    Yup.

Candace Owens [who is black] on LASD Ambush: BLM, Media, Athletes, Entertainers to Blame

Conservative firebrand and BLEXIT founder Candace Owens reacted to the ambush of two Los Angeles sheriff’s deputies on Saturday by proclaiming that Black Lives Matter (BLM), the media, athletes, and the entertainment industry are to blame.

“Why else does this happen? Because when pea-brained athletes put the name of an alleged RAPIST on their helmets and jerseys, criminals begin believing they are acting as heroes,” Owens tweeted Sunday, reacting to a video of the ambush posted by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD).

“BLACK LIVES MATTER AND THE COMPLICIT MEDIA ORGANIZATIONS, ATHLETES, AND ENTERTAINERS ARE TO BLAME,” Owens added....

    Rep. Matt Gaetz

“Let’s just stay very focused on impeachment…[and faced with multiple possible interpretations of current events] we shouldn’t just pretend, oh, this is going one way [or another]. And so all of these moves are toward impeachment.”

    — Jeff Zucker, president of CNN, during a daily 8AM conference call in 2019 (obtained by Project Veritas)...

Repeat a narrative (or lie) often enough, especially with the appearance of authority and knowledge that TV news anchors possess, and you may make it reality, or at least shape perceptions of whatever events do come to pass. Insurance company payouts due to "mostly peaceful protests" will be $1 billion, maybe 2B

The Rodney King riot insurance payouts were $1.42 billion.

And despite what these idiots think, this isn't free money. Every penny of this will end up being passed on to consumers. As in you and me. Because that's the way insurance works. The house never looses.

Speaking to the point of the press assuming the mantle of authority, this is the moment that the United States of America, the most powerful nation that had ever existed, lost the war in Vietnam:

Because Walter Cronkite, the most trusted man in America, told the entire world that the USA could not win the war in Southeast Asia. And he had been on the ground there during the 1968 Tet so he'd seen it first hand, so his opinion was unimpeachable. Or so Joe Sixpack believed.

Later that same year, the Soviet Politburo was handing out the the tongue-lashings for what they saw as their miserable failure in the '68 Tet. When it came his turn to speak, head of KGB Yuri Andropov (who later became the General Secretary of the Soviet Union during the administration of Ronald Reagan) said, in effect, 'we don't have to win the war on the ground in Vietnam. We're winning it on the American university campus.'

And with the aid of men like Walter Cronkite, how could he fail.

It also bears mention that until this moment, the ground war in Vietnam had been being prosecuted exclusively by demoncrat presidents.

    America 1950 vs. America 2020

September 14, 2020 by Michael Snyder

If you could go back to 1950, would you do it? There would be no Internet, no cellphones and you would only be able to watch television in black and white. But even though they lacked many of our modern conveniences, people genuinely seemed to be much happier back then. Families actually ate dinner together, neighbors knew and cared about one another, and being an “American” truly meant something. Today, we like to think that we are so much more “advanced” than they were back then, but the truth is that our society is in the process of falling apart all around us. Could it be possible that we could learn some important lessons by looking back at how Americans lived 70 years ago?

Of course there has never been any era in our history when everything has been perfect. But without a doubt, things are vastly different today than they were back in 1950…

In 1950, Texaco Star Theatre, The Lone Ranger and Hopalong Cassidy were some of the most popular shows that Americans watched on television.

In 2020, a Netflix film entitled “Cuties” is so trashy and so disgusting that four states have sent a letter to Netflix asking for it to be removed because it is “fodder for those with criminal imaginations, serving to normalize the view that children are sexual beings.”

In 1950, television networks would not even show husbands and wives in bed together.

In 2020, “adult websites” get more traffic than Netflix, Amazon and Twitter combined.

In 1950, people would greet one another as they walked down the street.

In 2020, Americans are too enamored with their cellphones to be bothered with actual human contact.

In 1950, gum chewing and talking in class were some of the major disciplinary problems in our schools.

In 2020, kids are literally gunning down police officers in the streets.

In 1950, people would make an effort to dress up and look nice when they would go out in public.

In 2020, most of the population has become utter slobs and “People of Walmart” has become one of our most popular memes.

In 1950, the typical woman got married for the first time at age 20 and the typical man got married for the first time at age 22.

In 2020, the typical woman gets married for the first time at age 27 and the typical man gets married for the first time at age 29.

In 1950, a lot of people would leave their homes and their vehicles unlocked because crime rates were so low.

In 2020, many that live in urban areas are deathly afraid of all the civil unrest that has erupted, and gun sales have soared to all-time record highs.

In 1950, Americans actually attempted to parent their children.

In 2020, we pump our kids full of mind-altering drugs and we let our televisions and our video games raise our children.

In 1950, Baltimore was one of the most beautiful and most prosperous cities on the entire planet.

In 2020, Baltimore regularly makes headlines because of all the murders that are constantly occurring. Of course the exact same thing could be said about many of our other major cities.

In 1950, 78 percent of all households in America contained a married couple.

In 2020, that figure has fallen below 50 percent.

In 1950, about 5 percent of all babies in the United States were born to unmarried parents.

In 2020, about 40 percent of all babies in the United States will be born to unmarried parents.

In 1950, new churches were regularly being opened all over the United States.

In 2020, it is being projected that 1 out of every 5 churches in the U.S. “could be forced to shut their doors in the next 18 months”, and the mayor of Lubbock, Texas just said that opening a new Planned Parenthood clinic is like starting a church.

In 1950, we actually had high standards for our elected officials, and people actually did research on the candidates before they cast their votes.

In 2020, more than 4,000 people in one county in New Hampshire voted for a “transsexual Satanic anarchist” in the Republican primary, and she is now the Republican nominee for sheriff in Cheshire County.

In 1950, children would go outside and play when they got home from school.

In 2020, our parks and our playgrounds are virtually empty and we have the highest childhood obesity rate in the industrialized world.

In 1950, front porches were community gathering areas, and people would regularly have their neighbors over for dinner.

In 2020, many of us don’t know our neighbors at all, and the average American watches more than five hours of television a day.

In 1950, Americans used words such as “knucklehead”, “moxie” and “jalopy”.

In 2020, new terms such as “nomophobia”, “peoplekind” and “social distancing” have been introduced into the English language.

In 1950, the very first credit card was issued in the United States.

In 2020, Americans owe more than 930 billion dollars on their credit cards.

In 1950, one income could support an entire middle class household.

In 2020, tens of millions of Americans have lost their jobs and filed for unemployment, and more than half of all households in some of our largest cities are currently facing “serious financial problems”.

In 1950, the American people believed that the free market should govern the economy.

In 2020, most Americans seem to believe that the government in Washington and the Federal Reserve must endlessly “manage” the economy.

In 1950, “socialists” and “communists” were considered to be our greatest national enemies.

In 2020, most of our politicians in Washington have eagerly embraced socialist and communist policy goals.

In 1950, the U.S. Constitution was deeply loved and highly revered.

In 2020, anyone that actually admits to being a “constitutionalist” is considered to be a potential domestic terrorist.

In 1950, the United States loaned more money to the rest of the world than anybody else.

In 2020, the United States owes more money to the rest of the world than anybody else.

In 1950, the total U.S. national debt reached the 257 billion dollar mark for the first time in our history.

In 2020, we added 864 billion dollars to the national debt in the month of June alone. In other words, we added over three times more to the national debt in that one month than the total amount of debt that had been accumulated from the founding of our nation all the way to 1950.

In 1950, most Americans were generally happy with their lives.

In 2020, the suicide rate is at an all-time record high, and it has been rising every single year since 2007.

Model that predicted 5 of past 6 presidential elections has Trump in 2020 by 'landslide'

A professor of political science whose controversial election model has correctly called five of the last six U.S. presidential elections says President Trump will win reelection in 2020 in a "landslide."

Helmut Norpoth, who teaches at Stony Brook University, is giving Trump "a 90-percent chance of being re-elected in a landslide," the Long Island, N.Y., school said in a recent press release.

Norpoth's "Primary Model" has correctly predicted nearly every presidential election since 1996, missing only George Bush's 2000 victory over Al Gore. (When the model is "applied to previous elections," Stonybrook said, it "correctly predicts an impressive 25 of the last 27.")

The model utilizes data from presidential primaries to help predict who will win.

"I focus on early primaries and the way the candidates perform in those early contests," Norpoth said in the press release. "It's a very good predictor, and a leading indicator of what's going to happen in November."

The professor said he was unsurprised at the model's prediction this year, citing Trump's performance in the primaries earlier in the winter.

"When I looked at New Hampshire and I saw that Donald Trump got 85 percent of the votes ... I was pretty sure what the model was going to predict," he said in the release.

Joe Biden, on the other hand, pulled down only 8.4% in New Hampshire, Norpoth said, a number that is "unbelievable for a candidate with any aspirations of being president," he stated.

NEW BIDEN AUDIO TAPE RELEASED IN UKRAINE Shows VP Trashing Incoming Trump Admin To Foreign Leader, Says He’ll Stay Involved In Ukraine After Inauguration, Discusses Jointly Damaging Trump

HomeInvestigationsNEW BIDEN AUDIO TAPE RELEASED IN UKRAINE Shows VP Trashing Incoming Trump Admin To Foreign Leader, Says He’ll Stay Involved In Ukraine After Inauguration, Discusses Jointly Damaging Trump

‘Trump Is A Dog Who Caught The Car’

A new audio tape released this morning between then Vice President Joe Biden and the former President Poroshenko in Ukraine shows Biden talking down the competence of the incoming Trump administration and declaring he will ‘stay involved’ in what is going on in Ukraine after the inauguration.

In the second tape, Biden calls Trump ‘the dog who caught the car’, who has no idea of what to do, and Biden and Poroshenko have ‘a real chance of making him a hero’. In other words, damaging the incoming administration and making them look bad.

Much evidence has come out over the last year that the real collusion in the U.S. 2016 presidential election was between the Clinton campaign/Obama admin/Biden/DNC/Deep State. These tapes were recorded after Ukraine released the famous ‘black ledger’ which allegedly showed then Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort taking ‘off the books’ illegal payments. The ledger was later shown to be fabricated after the Mueller investigation was over.

The third tape shows Biden discussing getting Poroshenko’s children into University of Pennsylvania, as payback for helping the Obama Administration in their Ukrainian anti-Trump endeavors.

I can only post the link to one of the audios in this post but you can listen to the other two by following the hot-link in the headline.

Fox News Panel Melts Down After Gingrich Exposes George Soros As Financier Of BLM/Antifa Riots

So-called conservative channel not interested in discussing who is funding the violence across America

Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich was silenced during an interview on Fox News Wednesday, where he called out billionaire George Soros deep involvement with the Black Lives Matter/Antifa riots engulfing the nation.

In the awkward interview, Gingrich was explaining how Soros-backed officials were facilitating the far-left riots inflicted upon America’s businesses and communities.

“The number one problem in almost all these cities is George Soros-elected left-wing anti-police pro-criminal district attorneys who refuse to keep people locked up,” Gingrich said.

“Progressive district attorneys are anti-police, pro-criminal and overwhelmingly elected with George Soros’ money and they’re a major cause of the violence we’re seeing because they keep putting the violent criminals back on the streets.”

“I’m not sure we need to bring George Soros into this,” said contributor Melissa Francis.

Gingrich, looking puzzled by the remark said: “He paid for it. He paid for it. I mean, why can’t we discuss the fact that millions of dollars he spent electing these people?”

How the Underground Press Will Thwart the Media and Re-Elect Donald Trump

As the saying goes, the difference between the New York Times and the old Soviet Pravda is that Pravda readers knew they were being lied to.

To circumvent the Soviet mainstream media, dissidents created what they called the "samizdat," their word for the clandestine copying and distribution of literature banned by the state.

To circumvent our mainstream media, conservatives have created their own samizdat, an unorganized network of blogs, public forums, news-aggregators, online publications, talk radio shows, citizen-journalists, and legal monitors such as Judicial Watch, a truth force that one Second Amendment blogger aptly called "a coalition of willing Lilliputians."

Despite repeated attempts by Big Tech to thwart the samizdat, the internet has given the Lilliputians unprecedented reportorial power, and social media — Facebook and Twitter most prominently — have given them an ability to distribute their message in ways Soviet dissidents could only imagine. It was the samizdat that carried Donald Trump to victory in 2016 and, barring massive vote fraud, will carry him again in 2020.

The samizdat has done most of the real reporting on the major news stories of the last dozen or so years, most recently on the Black Lives Matter (BLM) mania. To understand the samizdat's effect, consider a recent Gallup poll on the U.S. sports industry. A year ago, by a 45-25 margin, most Americans had a favorable view of professional sports. Today, by a 40-30 margin, most have an unfavorable view.

These numbers had to shock the more woke among NFL and NBA execs. All summer, these execs have been reading about the largely peaceful protests against the systemic racism responsible for the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Rayshard Brooks among others and the crippling of Jacob Blake. How, they wondered, could sports fans not embrace those athletes who stood (or knelt) in support of social justice?

The players all endorsed the BLM movement or appeared to. So did the sportscasters, the advertisers, the TV networks, Hollywood, Big Tech, the New York Times, the major magazines, and just about everyone with a prominent soapbox except for Fox News — and even Fox waffled.

Had the execs been paying attention, however, they would have understood that the same forces that supported the BLM protest also supported Hillary Clinton. In 2020, as in 2016, the major media's collective control of the BLM messaging was subverted by the samizdat's ability to record and distribute the facts on the ground. For the first time in history, ordinary people know more real news than do the people in control of America's major newsrooms....

The Left's Moral Compass Isn't Broken

All of my life, I have said that the left’s moral compass is broken.

And all of my life, I was wrong.

Why I was wrong explains both the left and the moral crisis we are in better than almost any other explanation.

I was wrong because in order to have a broken moral compass, you need to have a moral compass to begin with. But the left doesn’t have one.

This is not meant as an attack. It is a description of reality. The left regularly acknowledges that it doesn’t think in terms of good and evil. Most of us are so used to thinking in those terms — what we call “Judeo-Christian” — that it is very difficult for us to divide the world in any other way.

But since Karl Marx, the left (not liberalism; the two are different) has always divided the world, and, therefore, human actions, in ways other than good and evil. The left, in Friedrich Nietzsche’s famous words, has always operated “beyond good and evil.”

It all began with Marx, who divided the world by economic class — worker and owner or exploited and exploiter. To Marx and to Marxism, there is no such thing as a good or an evil that transcends class. Good is defined as what is good for the working class; evil is what is bad for the working class.

Therefore, to Marxists, there is no such thing as a universal good or a universal evil. Those of us still in thrall to Judeo-Christian morality believe that good and evil are universal. In other words, whether an act is good or evil has nothing to do with who committed the act — rich or poor, male or female, religious or secular, member of one’s nation or of another nation. Stealing and murder are morally wrong, no matter who stole or who murdered.

That is not the case for Marx and the left. In Marx’s words in Capital (Das Kapital):

“Right can never be higher than the economic structure of society and the cultural development thereby determined. We therefore reject every attempt to impose on us any moral dogma whatsoever as an eternal, ultimate and forever immutable moral law.”

Fifty-three years later, Marx’s foremost disciple, Vladimir Lenin, architect of the Russian Revolution, proclaimed:

“We say that our morality is entirely subordinated to the interests of the class struggle of the proletariat. … We do not believe in an eternal morality. … We repudiate all morality derived from non-human (i.e., God) and non-class concepts” (Address to the Third Congress of the Russian Young Communist League, Oct. 2, 1920).

As professor Wilfred Cantwell Smith, director of Harvard University’s Center for the Study of World Religions, wrote in 1957: “For Marxism there is no reason (literally no reason: our universe, the movement posits, is the kind of universe where there cannot conceivably be any reason) for not killing or torturing or exploiting a human person if his liquidation or torture or slave labor will advance the historical process.”
This is how Marx’s ideological heirs, today’s leftists, view the world — with one important difference: Morality is not determined only by class, but by race, power and sex as well.

AG William Barr: Coronavirus Lockdowns ‘Greatest Intrusion on Civil Liberties’ Since Slavery

Attorney General William Barr said Wednesday evening “other than slavery, which was a different kind of restraint,” coronavirus lockdowns were the “greatest intrusion on civil liberties in American history.”

Barr’s comments came during a Constitution Day celebration at Hillsdale College, commemorating the date in 1789 when the Constitution was signed by the Framers in Philadelphia.

Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, Barr has expressed alarm at the restrictions imposed by state authorities on First Amendment rights, particularly the freedom of religion.

In April, Barr’s Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a memorandum to all U.S. attorneys to “be on the lookout for state and local directives that could be violating the constitutional rights and civil liberties of individual citizens.”

He explained that while there might be “reasonable and temporary restrictions” on some First Amendment rights for the sake of public health, they should not become an “overbearing infringement.”...

"Everyone Involved Should Face Jail Time": Trump Jr. Slams Nashville Officials For Concealing Low COVID-19 Numbers

Donald Trump Jr. has weighed in over Nashville officials concealing the low number of COVID-19 cases in bars and restaurants.

In a Thursday tweet, the president's son said "The Dem Mayor of Nashville KNOWINGLY LIED ABOUT COVID DATA to justify shutting down bars & restaurants, killing countless jobs & small businesses in the process," adding "Everyone involved should face jail time. How many other Dem run cities is this happening in?"

Leaked emails between the senior adviser to Nashville's Mayor and a health department official reveal a disturbing effort to conceal extremely low coronavirus cases emanating from bars and restaurants, while the lion's share of infections occurred in nursing homes and construction workers, according to WZTV Nashville.

On June 30th, contact tracing was giving a small view of coronavirus clusters. Construction and nursing homes causing problems more than a thousand cases traced to each category, but bars and restaurants reported just 22 cases.

Leslie Waller from the health department asks “This isn’t going to be publicly released, right? Just info for Mayor’s Office?"

“Correct, not for public consumption.” Writes senior advisor Benjamin Eagles. -WZTV

Four weeks later, Tennessean reporter Nate Rau asked the health department: "the figure you gave of “more than 80” does lead to a natural question: If there have been over 20,000 positive cases of COVID-19 in Davidson and only 80 or so are traced to restaurants and bars, doesn’t that mean restaurants and bars aren’t a very big problem?"

To which health department official Brian Todd scrambled for an answer - asking five health department officials: "Please advise how you respond. BT."

The response - from an official whose name was omitted from the leaked email: "My two cents. We have certainly refused to give counts per bar because those numbers are low per site," adding "We could still release the total though, and then a response to the over 80 could be "because that number is increasing all the time and we don’t want to say a specific number.""

According to a metro staff attorney asked by city councilmember Steve Glover to verify the authenticity of the emails, "I was able to get verification from the Mayor’s Office and the Department of Health that these emails are real."

Glover told WZTV: "They are fabricating information. They’ve blown there entire credibility Dennis. Its gone i don’t trust a thing they say going forward ...nothing."

Glover says he has been contacted by an endless stream of downtown bartenders, waitresses, and restaurant owners. Why would they not release these numbers?

"We raised taxes 34 percent and put hundreds literally thousands of people out of work that are now worried about losing their homes their apartments etcetera and we did it on bogus data. That should be illegal!" he says.

Again, we weren’t told by the mayor’s office this wasn’t true. We were told to file a freedom of information act request. -WZTV

Further reporting on the snub to former Speaker Newt Gingrich, which I noted above.

Thanks, Fox News, for reminding us of the Soros role in creating America's riot-coddling DAs

    By Monica Showalter

Fox News has drawn our attention to the fact that George Soros is bankrolling the leftist district attorneys who are fostering so much rioting in America's blue cities, based on their refusal to prosecute looters and rioters. But probably not in the way the network meant to.

Here's what went down over at the semi-cheesy news commentary show called Outnumbered, whose format is a group of leggy women sitting on a circular sofa with some man in the news and grilling him with chick-like excited shouts and exclamations. It's now a Zoom thing without the leg business. In this case, it led to a very unexpected outcome:

What an amazingly insulting way to treat a supposedly honored guest, a former speaker of the House. Look at the shock on Newt's face at that shutdown. They invited him on, they asked him his take on the leftist riots in America's blue cities, and they got an answer: Gingrich pointed out that the riots were happening because of district attorneys, financed by George Soros, who refuse to prosecute rioting....

Alan Dershowitz sues CNN to halt 'malicious' attacks on innocent people

'Every American will benefit from a judicial decision that holds giant media accountable'

Famed liberal lawyer Alan Dershowitz has filed a $300 million defamation lawsuit against CNN over the way it portrayed his testimony during the Democrats impeachment trial against President Trump.

It's not because he wants the money, he says in a column for the Gatestone Institute, where he is a senior fellow.

He wants "innocent people" to be spared the "malicious" attacks from media.

"I intend to donate funds I receive from CNN to worthy charities, including those that defend the First Amendment. Every American will benefit from a judicial decision that holds giant media accountable for turning truth on its head and for placing partisanship above the public interest," he wrote.

"Freedom of speech is designed to promote the marketplace of ideas. It is not a license for giant media companies to deliberately and maliciously defame citizens, even public figures. So when CNN made a decision to doctor a recording so as to deceive its viewers into believing that I said exactly the opposite of what I actually said, that action was not protected by the First Amendment," he said....

Tucker Carlson excoriates Critical Race Theory: video

Sorry, couldn't link the video here, only 5 minutes but very powerful.

"The President today announced the creation of something called the Patriotic Education Commission. It will be designed to combat something called Critical Race Theory which is the lunatic lie that teaches our children some people are inherently worse than others. Some are morally tainted because of their skin color.

That is the definition of racist propaganda. It is hard to believe that exists in our country, but it’s flourishing.

And the President said that explicitly. Watch...."

Predictably, they are F-bombing her for not retiring during the reign of Sheikh Obama (piss be upon him) while the demoncrats still were in a position to name her replacement. But she didn't retire because demoncrat power brokers assured her that Hitlery was a shoe-in to defeat Trump.

For decades she was their darling because she was the most left-leaning of Supremes. But now she's shit because she died at a time that will deny them the opportunity to stack the deck.

    The irony is too delicious.

Just an excerpt, follow the hot-link in the headline for the latter half.

Prosecute George Soros for Plotting Anarchy, Violating U.S. Code § 2383. Rebellion or Insurrection

Silence fell at Fox News as Newt Gingrich asserted the main problem facing US riots was billionaire George Soros buying DA races. The female hosts immediately howled to censure Gingrich, who said: “It’s verboten?!!” So is Fox beholden to Soros? Why? Meanwhile, crime skyrockets in liberal states and cities that elected Soros DAs. Soros is accused of plotting to control the globe through shadow officials in various countries. Soros and devotees offer a classic study of folie à deux, sharing the mad belief they’re called to convert the globe to Marxism

    Open Society

Soros started Open Society Foundation, donating $30 billion to “upgrade” world democracy, Soros is condemned in native Hungary, his university banned, and rejected for insisting mass illegal migrants be housed, Soros currently funds leftist US District Attorneys. “The Soros groups dump large amounts of money in the final moments of the campaign. The Soros funds are only discovered after the election.”

Nonagenarian Soros Desperate to Transform America

90-year-old Marxist Soros oozes delusions of grandeur seeing himself a leader of world revolution, his leftist mania drives his American DA project. For years Soros regularly invested in DA races. Observe incompetent Kim Foxx & $2 million Soros funds, dismissing without comment Jesse Smollett’s case with overwhelming evidence of guilt. Such abuse of justice tells average citizens fairness is impossible.

    US Liberal District Attorney Project

Investing in important DA races, Soros waits to inject last minute blasts of cash for liberal candidates. Over years, Soros spent millions in races like Chesa Boudin, San Francisco; Larry Krasner, Philadelphia; Houston’s Kim Ogg, and Diana Becton, Contra Costa County. All “Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commissions” idealists. Florida’s Soros financed State Attorney Aramis Ayala announced no death penalties would be sought for any case. Portland’s Mike Schmidt, Soros DA refuses to prosecute 110-day Portland rioters....

Nobody voted for Trump thinking he intended to play nice with the demoncrats. Every swingin' dick who voted for him did so daring to hope that he would kick ass and take names.

Report Finds Nearly 350,000 Dead Voters Still on Rolls, Double-Voters ‘Casting Multiple Ballots’

... According to the report, titled, “Critical Condition: American Voter Rolls Filled with Errors, Dead Voters, and Duplicate Registrations,” 349,773 “deceased registrants” have been found on rolls in 41 states. Fifty-one percent of those are in New York, California, and Texas, as well as the battleground states of Michigan and Florida.

The report found that 43,760 “duplicate registrants appear to have cast second votes” from the same address in 2016, while 37,889 cast ballots in 2018....

Proud Boys Promote Fake Rally to Expose Violent Antifa Lunatics — and it Worked (Videos)

The Proud Boys advertised a fake rally in West Philadelphia’s Clark Park on Saturday, causing Antifa to flood the streets.

When the Proud Boys did not show up, they attacked conservative independent media instead...

    ...

“The Philly ProudBoys decided this was the best approach today. They wanted to show the world exactly what unchecked domestic terrorism does to a city. It’s incredibly sad that in 2020 America all someone has to do to be threatened with violence is say they’re going to a park to practice their first amendment rights. Besides attacking journalist that were on the scene they attacked themselves. They beat and broke windows on what seemed to be a vehicle owned by an Antifa militant. So I’m extremely Proud of my boys today. Some of these boys had a hangover and watched Antifa on Antifa violence from the comfort of their living rooms,” ...

If they Feds want to ruin you personally, they repeatedly make public spectacle of dragging you into court and force you into bankruptcy with attorney's fees. A protracted (three-year) 'quiet' investigation usually means it's a slam-dunk case, and they're amassing all the evidence they deed to coerce a confession or complicity or both.

Why Supreme Court Nominations Have Become a Matter of Life and Death

And why character assassination is no longer enough for the Left.

Wed Sep 23, 2020 Don Feder

Rioting in New York, threats of court-packing, promises of arson at the thought of Trump replacing its demi-god with a justice who actually believes in the Constitution. The left is rabid.

Even character assassination (a la the Bret Kavanaugh inquisition) is no longer enough. When will the hostage-taking start?

The President has Article II power to nominate “judges of the Supreme Court.” Donald Trump’s power doesn’t extend to the next election, but to the next inauguration -- still four months away.

The composition of the United States Supreme Court was a major issue in the 2016 election. Voters balked at the idea of giving that supreme power to the Queen of Corruption, the Bonnie Parker of Illegal E-Mails. Trump was empowered to nominate justices for his entire term of office.

The media told us conservatives had a 5-4 majority prior to Ginsberg’s death. This was meant to soothe us into a false sense of complacency.

In reality, it’s now 4-4 at best. Chief Justice John Roberts is a turncoat who sides with the left (Breyer, Kagan and Sotomayor) on the really important stuff. That’s why a replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg has become the center of a storm that makes Hurricane Laura seem like a summer breeze.

At the time of the Kavanaugh circus, I said it was a dress rehearsal for choosing Ginsburg’s replacement. World War III just broke out.

For decades, the judiciary has been the left’s House of Lords. It can lose the presidency. It can lose Congress. But as long as it has the courts – the Supreme Court in particular – democracy is in chains.

You want to deport illegal aliens? Sorry, you can’t do that unless you leap through hoops. You want to end federal funding of Democrat cities that won’t put a stop to the insurrection in our streets? You can’t do that either; the money has already been appropriated. So the rioting will continue and the funding will continue.

For leftist jurists, the Constitution is a wishing star. They can always come up with a clever rationale for whatever they want to do, regardless of the intent of the founders and the clear meaning of words. Take abortion and gun control.

The First Amendment says nothing about abortion or a mythical right to privacy, words which appear nowhere in the Constitution.

From the First Amendment’s enumerated rights (speech, press, religion, and so on ), the Roe Court hypothesized a right to privacy and then found a right to abortion lurking in its penumbra – an amazing bit of judicial prestidigitation. The result is the current march to infanticide.

Despite the Supreme Court’s 2008 decision in District of Columbia v. Heller, affirming an individual right to keep and bear arms, the left still loudly insists that the amendment only guarantees a collective right—that the phrase “a well-regulated militia” limits its exercise to military units controlled by the states or federal government.

Under this interpretation, the Second Amendment was written by the first Congress to guarantee to government the right to arm itself. No – really.

The Amendment speaks of the “right of the people to keep and bear arms.” The founders had just gone through a revolution whose success depended on yeomen farmers armed with muskets banding together to defend their rights against a king backed by the strongest army in the world.

Given a choice between civilian gun ownership and a standing army, Madison and company would have chosen the former.

But now that the left has its own army (Antifa, Black Lives Matter) rampaging in the streets, it’s more determined than ever to disarm Middle America – or, to paraphrase Beto O’Rourke, “Hell yes we’ll keep you from defending yourself.” (First they came for my AR-15 and I did nothing.)

It’s not just about the right to life or the right to protect your life, as crucial as they are. It’s heads, we win; tails, you lose. If we win the election, we write the laws. If you win the election, through our judges, we interpret the laws in such a way as to completely frustrate their intent.

Thus, we have judges seriously maintaining that capital punishment is cruel and unusual, but late-term abortion is a vindication of rights. And, in a recent SCOTUS decision, that, DNA notwithstanding, a man who believes he’s a woman has a right to participate in women’s sports. Purported conservative John Roberts sided with the left on that one.

It’s not about fairness (“You didn’t give Merrick Garland a vote!”) or the proximity to a presidential election. As far as the left is concerned, because the last election supposedly was stolen, Trump didn’t have the right to fill the last two Supreme Court vacancies either.

The left will do anything and everything to maintain its control of the high court. The battle for Ginsburg’s replacement will replicate its urban uprisings. The Molotov cocktails will be rhetorical, if no less lethal.

Words are only their most effective if/when they have established and standardized meanings. Which is why you should be very suspicious of any new movement that "repurposes" words already long in use with an unrelated meaning. Like "clean eating" (which implies that all other eating is 'unclean'), organic farming (because the previously accepted -- and completely unrelated -- definition of "organic" had been in use world-wide since Jöns Jacob Berzelius coined the term in 1806), and "assault weapons" (aren't all weapons made for 'assaulting'?). And don't get me started on the substitution of "gender" for "sex" when sex and gender are completely unrelated (except by coincidence).

And manipulation of the language is fundamental to all movements that can't garner popular support through their principles and ideals alone.

Gore Vidal, his 20th-century intellectual successor, elaborated, saying: “As societies grow decadent, the language grows decadent, too. Words are used to disguise, not to illuminate.”

Sloppy language permits people to get away with speaking and doing all manner of destructive nonsense without being challenged.

Let’s look at the concept of “white privilege,” the notion that white people have benefited in American history relative to, and at the expense of, “people of color.” It appears to be utter nonsense to suggest that poor and destitute white people in Appalachia have white privilege. How can one tell if a person has white privilege?

One imagines that the academic elite, who coined the term, refer to white people of a certain socioeconomic status such as those living in the suburbs with the privilege of high-income amenities. But here is a question: Do Nigerians in the U.S. have white privilege? As reported by the New York Post this summer, 17 percent of all Nigerians in this country hold master’s degrees, 4 percent hold a doctorate and 37 percent hold a bachelor’s degree, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2006 American Community Survey.

By contrast, 19 percent of white people have a bachelor’s degree, 8 percent have master’s degrees and 1 percent have doctorates.

What about slavery? Colleges teach our young people that the U.S. became rich on the backs of free black labor. That is utter nonsense. Slavery does not have a very good record of producing wealth.

Think about it. Slavery was all over the South and outlawed in most of the North. I doubt that anyone would claim that the antebellum South was rich and the slave-starved North was poor. The truth is just the opposite.

In fact, the poorest states and regions of our country were places where slavery flourished — Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia — while the richest states and regions were those where slavery was outlawed — Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Speaking of holding people accountable for slavery, there is no way that Europeans could have captured millions of Africans. They had African and Arab help.

There would not have been much black slavery in the U.S., and the Western Hemisphere in general, without Africans exchanging other Africans to European slave traders at the coast for guns, mirrors, cloths, foreign alcoholic beverages and gold dust....

Marxist racist shitbag hounds McCloskeys at grocery: "Fuck both of y'all"

Mark's response? He gives her an autographed photo of himself and wife posing with guns.

    Video of the incident here.

    PSYCHE!

Notice the wry smile on Missus McKloskey's face.

And to beat all, as he approached her with his photo, the Marxist-racist-bitch shouted at Mr McCloskey to stay away from her. So in her febrile little pea-brain, it was perfectly acceptable for her hoodlum buddies to destroy private property, trespass on a private community, and breach the peace of the McCloskey's home, but he had no right to approach her (with obviously benign intentions) on a public street.

    Typical, eh wot?

The referenced (Twitter) video is on the site linked to in the headline.

It’s all coordinated’: Somebody driving a U-Haul helps supply totally spontaneous protest breaking out in Louisville [video]

As we told you earlier, former Louisville PD Detective Brett Hankison has been charged with three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment for actions taken on the botched drug raid that led to the death of Breonna Taylor. At this time no other officers have been charged.

Within a half-hour, this scene started unfolding: ...

... They’ve got U-Hauls packed with pre-made signs and riot shields. This is organized and funded insurrection. The feds should be hunting down those behind this, charging them with sedition, and doling out the prescribed penalties upon conviction...

... To state the obvious, this is why recent FBI inferences about there being no organization to these riots is impossible to believe....

... People ask "don't these people [the rioters] work?"

They do. This is their job. And billionaire leftits fund it from their oceanside palaces...

... Preparation and coordination at that level suggests significant training and infrastructure, almost certainly across state lines...
