I’ve got no interest in recovery.
Not quite the same. Wealthier, about 15 pounds of more muscle & likely, comfortably retired. But in terms of having little respect for bull-shit, always the same, ffs.
You seem to have difficulty with getting your information complete, is this part of the conspiracy?

Of course the private autopsy says what the family wants it to say, the private pathologist is a witness for the family in their multimillion dollar lawsuit against the city.
The hired pathologist always opines that it was the cops fault. That’s why families keep hiring them. They have to keep up their reputation as being able to pull something out of their ass to point to the man being wrongfully killed.
The ME there is appointed by a board, not elected. He doesn’t care about satisfying an angry mob calling for blood. He is not running for re-election like the mayor and the district attorney. He can be fair and professional.
Hopefully this rush to produce a travesty of justice by indicting and charging a whole crew will backfire.
Remember the Baltimore riots, also complete with looting and arson. They rushed to arrest six cops to satisfy the bloodthirsty mob burning the city.
A year later, every prosecution failed. Four cops not guilty. The DA saw the jig was up, so to avoid getting further humiliated, she dropped the charges on the remaining two.
Another politically motivated prosecution.

It’s not too far fetched to think the ME gave a more “favorable” report to support the police, essentially trying to take care of their own.
Yeah the guy had a shit-load of coronary artery blockage and that could have contributed if he had heart failure (which they could see in an autopsy). There was no mention of heart cell death, which would leave been seen by a distinctive patch of blackened heart cells.
No injuries to the lateral neck seems really unlikely to me after having someone kneel on it for 8 minutes. Place 150 + pounds on your arm over the space of a few square inches for 8 minutes and tell me you wouldn’t get a bruise or damage any tissue?Last edited by Proximal; 06-04-2020 at 09:29 AM.

All i know is, or I THINK i know is that a black man died in police custody. Protestors hit the streets, protests turn extremely violent. Cities burned, innocent people were beaten even killed and their businesses were were destroyed.
As of today, in my surrounding areas there is reports of threats coming in to protest and remove confederate monuments. Will they turn violent? I dont know? But I guarantee you i will defend my property if it come to that and that is originally what my post is about. This domestic terrorism. We cant let that happen guys. REAL Americans like us cant let that happen.

Don’t hate on the Comrades < lol
It’s between Ru & Ch < always has been. . . Well, sorta. About 30+ years back Ru ran some serious shit, Ch always wanted to follow in their footsteps.
I remember being back in Ru in the 80’s, I was little - but, I remember it real well. I remember watching the Challenger mission explode in mid air - how do u think that was looked at over there? But, as far the big picture - the US has always been looked up 2 & still is. So far, so good - I don’t even blame the orange clown for anything anymore - I don’t think there’s anything he can do at this point - and, he def won’t even try
Yeah, we can’t get along on a large political scale. . . But, I this point - I wants things to go back to normal(about how it was 5 years back). Never thought I’d have that as a real thought - shit’s annoying. . . I’m still working out at home & shit, I’m in better shape than before all of this started.

Any group formed that is not strictly far left wing liberals are labeled a hate group and of course racist in today’s times. But yet ANTIFA is never mentioned. Saying we are antigovernment and “gun toting” . Im not anti government, im for small government. Big government is socialism and its citizens depend on government to survive. Not us

No way. They dont help cops. They routinely find cops caused deaths of prisoners. He is appointed, not worrying about being reelected. The private guy the family hired, has a bad rep here in NYC. He has a vested interest in getting hired by other families in the future. he always opines that the city ME covers shit up.
It goes to show you that you cant always believe what you think you see in some video. think about it, the cop has two knees. there is no way to tell if he had any pressure at all on Floyd's neck with that one knee that was visible. he could have had all the pressure on the other leg, and was just using his left leg to contain the prisoner, since the autopsy clearly shows that there was no damage to the neck. you yourself imply that it is not possible if there was any formidable weight placed on that knee. so there was likely no weight put on the neck.

yeah, between the recovering covid, the drugs, the weak heart, and the weakness from sickle cell in his blood, you can see death that is not the cops' fault.
remember that in folks with sickle cell, there is a risk of collapse and death during a strenous workout of the body, such as resisting arrest, or a delirium reaction from drugs.
https://www.sportsmedtoday.com/ecast...ait-va-109.htm
EXERCISE COLLAPSE ASSOCIATED WITH SICKLE CELL TRAIT
Though Sickle Cell Trait rarely impacts athletic performance, under certain circumstances, athletes can suffer negative effects. These include muscle weakness, pain, and collapse. If collapse occurs, it is referred to as Exercise Collapse Associated with Sickle Cell Trait (ECAST). It is important to consider ECAST as a cause of collapse in athletes because the relative risk of death is up to 40 times higher in athletes with SCT than those without.

Oh, I see, you are sure one group of examiners is clean/honest & the others not.
If you understood biomechanics and the way the body moves or doesn’t, if you understand posture and it’s effects on weight bearing, you would understand you are incorrect.
It’s a very easy read for me, the cop had a lot of weight on his neck.
Regarding the ME report, it is extremely inconclusive for such a violent death. The fact that Covid & sickle cell are given any merit is goofy. Granted, they need mention, but contributors? Possibly the drugs could have played some role, but the facts are as plain as the light of day - asphyxiation due to one cop kneeling on his neck, the other on his chest.

Guys....
Not saying pro cop or not pro cop...
Not saying black or white or green...
It is very easy to choke someone out.
We see it all the time in MMA.
I took BJJ for all of maybe 5 months and saw how little pressure is needed to be applied to choke someone out.
Their neck doesn't bruise. They suffer no permanent damage as long as you release.
Hell, as teenager we used to lean our backs against a wall and have some put their hands around your neck.
Then you lift your feet and viola.... you pass out. Very easy, very fast.
So I honestly believe that by kneeling on the right part on someone's neck for almost 9 minutes that yes, that person could die.
For fuck's sake, the man was dead about 6 and half minutes in.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chokehold
A chokehold, neck restraint, stranglehold or, in Judo, shime-waza (Japanese: 絞技, lit. 'constriction technique')[1] is a general term for a grappling hold that critically reduces or prevents either air (choking)[2] or blood (strangling) from passing through the neck of an opponent. The restriction may be of one or both and depends on the hold used and the reaction of the victim.
The lack of blood or air often leads to unconsciousness or even death if the hold is maintained.Last edited by The Deadlifting Dog; 06-04-2020 at 01:57 PM.

Agree completely. And honestly this is not about pro or against police imo, as it’s just too damn cut and dry.
Now you look at Eric Garner (the first I can’t breath “victim”), that was highly debatable and even though he died, I thought the police were in the right.
