So just got in the gym on Monday, the weekend the place was packed out. I go in not paying much attention, stretch and look up....... nobody is wearing mask. Maybe 75 people in there with 10 wearing mask. I go to the desk and the girl says you only have to wear one on the way in and out.......... is that true? Next day I wore 2 mask and got in there very early, maybe 35 people in there.
Weight loss not moving yet, for 2 weeks I’m eatings little more then it would take to lose weight, haven’t trained in a long time, don’t want to starve my body at all until it’s broken in. I definitely should have done more at home to prepare. But I feel great, no gym tonight just a bike ride.
Oh ya got three shots of cortisone in my left shoulder Monday, both have all they can take, hopefully I’ll be able to train pretty well. I’ll take a weigh in shot tomorrow morning.Last edited by BG; 08-26-2020 at 08:26 AM.

I occasionally take the 5mg immediate release (lowest dose made) when I’m traveling for work. It helps keep me awake, anything more than that I start feeling like I’m tweaking and I get jittery and sweaty. I’m a wuss with stimulants though. Originally Posted by tarmyg

Been side tracked, me and my gf ran into a girl that just broke up with my gf's ex gf...lol. Ran into her at a bar Friday night and they hit it off, dod alot of talking and dancing. Gf asked her if she would be willing to do both of us, she said yes, but couldn't that night. They did make out in the lady's room though! Then we met another girl Saturday night, and going to a bar tonight where the hot waitress likes my gf. Good times are on the way!
