Thanks for asking man, it was an interesting and educational time. I should go back and update that thread, happy to talk more if you want but to keep it brief... I learned a lot of different thinking, the growth phase was great, and I felt great. I think eating that much red meat was fine for growth, but it was hard to cut eating ground beef and steak for every meal. However I would absolutely repeat the first half again. In a second. We had to shut it down going into the cut phase because running that much gear while only having bands to work with was pointless. When the gym's opened up around me, I modified the last half a bit and I'm working through that now, but it was such a long break it's hard to tie the two things together.
Three take-always I'll briefly share that might help this group 1) diet alignment with goals can be more than just "eat more chicken to grow, eat less chicken to cut". I think some people underestimate how to eat big and make themselves miserable getting lean. 2) stacking synergistic compounds adds more to quality of life than I realized in my former cycles. And 3) This thought was derived from a workout GH shared once which I developed a philosophy about, and now it guides every workout I have, but enough with the "hitting a specific number of reps per set" thinking. Instead, focus everything around failure. Weather that's 10 or 20 reps. Lift until you hit some number of reps before failure, regardless of the weight. For example, some days I'll lift 20 pounds, other days I feel stronger and will lift 30. Regardless, I will do four working sets, 1st set goes until I feel like I'm 2 reps from failure, 2nd set goes until I feel like I'm 1 rep from failure, then sets 3 goes to failure, 4th set goes to almost failure, but then I do a drop or rest/pause finisher. Sometimes that means I might hit 10 reps on the 2nd set, other times it means I hit 18 reps on the 2nd set, its totally fluid based on how that workout is going.

I hope everyone is sticking to the plan this holiday weekend... If you are going to cheat, try to keep it to ONE meal and a beer. Not a whole day and a case. In anticipation of going out tonight, I had egg whites and oatmeal for breakfast, and just tuna for lunch. I'll have chicken breast in a bit, and a protein shake before going to dinner. I'll go into dinner having eaten about 50g of protein across 4 meals, very little carbs and fat. That way, for dinner tonight I can relax a little.
Just trying to motivate you quiet bunch

How did the weekend treat everyone? I lost 11 lbs in 3 days..... and I am bulking! LOL
A lot of physical labor in the record heat and sweating so much everything was drenched. Gained 2 .4 lbs yesterday so trying to get back to gaining.

I had traction on Thursday and I spent most of the weekend in bed with really bad muscle spasms. It makes you super tired . I normally sleep 5-7hr , but with traction I've been getting 13+ .

I am. Fattest I have been since I started competing. Three surgeries and Covid killed me. Going to start cardio soon.
This old man will start over half way into it and beat everyone. You watch!

Yes. I was at 1500 test. LOL. I was also higher on the deca .
I am becoming conservative at 1000 mg. Still going up in weight.
MK677 is some of the best shit for gains that is not AAS. Add in some GH and slin for synergy and you have a recipe for gains.
I do feel a little more fatigued than normal , which I think is the water. The last time the water retention was painful, but this time it is going fine.
