Right here, went to NY for a week, ate pizza, bagels and egg sandwiches.......bad timing I got to get going lol. Oh ya crashed on my MX bike and blew out my bad shoulder, will be just cardio for me. No biggie.

..and Cylon is taking a damn nap. Ha, I wish! Bunch of stuff going on but bottom line is that my program (and appetite) are not supporting weight loss right this particular second. I'm having fun though, you bunch of chowder heads and good people (I'll let you figure out which category you fall in :P )

Anyhow, here are my starting stats, with the ones from this morning. While this scale isn't the best one on the planet, the numbers do seem to track consistently. Not exactly winning the competition but I will take it.

Not a whole lot, because I don't feel like it is particularly accurate. It DOES seem to read consistently enough to use as a relative scale of progress, though. It does tend to read better if I wet my feet, like with a wash rag or something. I'm sure that is due to increased conductivity. All that said, it was relatively inexpensive and it is AT LEAST 5 years old, probably closer to 10, so it does the job.

I had one and replaced it. Bodyfat% went up 5% in one day. LOL
It does work great once you have the baseline, but only relative to that. Mine is about 8 years old.

Great job on the progress!! My scale is the same with the wet feet. Although, I haven’t even used that feature in a while. I don’t need a scale to know my bf is too high right now!
