then yeah I would stick to something like my last cycle. Test/sust, anavar . T3, and hgh will do wonders for fat loss.
How is the HGH working for you?

Honest not sure i got some hair regrowth but for the fat loss??????? i put my money on my diet change on this one, i feel that Gh is not the magic bullet everyone think it is, my skin is also a bit better. A part from that more energy feel good but that is it, i cannot afford more then 2IU 5/2

I just lost my source for GH anyways (not looking for a new one) just saying and i am also looking into studies testosterone vs GH, i found that testosterone is very powerful and at some point do pretty much what GH does.
I got a presc for T at 9$ per bottle after insurance coverage. I am not looking for size just a better looking physique i am already 225 right now.

So after reading through this I have mixed feelings and a lot of questions. I hear a lot of talk about size and weight, but what about actual performance numbers. Does anyone lose all the strength gains, I mean if you lose weight that doesnt mean you will lose yor strength. I have stayed around the same weight for 2 years but have gotten much stronger. My bf weight down but not much, so how are peoples numbers in regards to strength?

I gained some "real" muscle from my first run. Straight up, no shit.
Just going by LBM and measurements here. My arms grew 1"+ and I grew all around.
I gained a solid dozen pounds of LBM.
Strength increase was real good. Just my bench went up a good 25-30%.
And all of this represents over 4 months post PCT.

Ive lost hardley anything after cycle ..from my own tests on myself ive realised that for me the best thing to do is frontload then slightly taper up and taper down in cycle ,
i even do this with pct products and its works a treat as for losing gains NO chance if your 25 stone and been cycling for years maybe ..
but not if your just steaderly running your weight up with low body fat my first cycle gave me almost 3 stone and ive never lost the weight but your physic changes from defined to frumpy if you stop training or dieting but that takes me years so in refrence to your question NO ...
if we lost all or even half our gains after cycle ...i for one wouldnt touch a steriod whats the point and strength mostly stays good as well!
Just eat clean forever and your body will follow ..who wants to eat shit anyway it just makes you feel tired and sick ?

I lost that edge for sure. But, not the majority of my strength.
Here is the best way I can put it in terms of lifting true weight. I hit a max of 90 pounds 3x on a dumbbell shoulder press. Right before I began my 2nd cycle I hit 85 x2.
I think this really becomes most evident when you are a full on juice monster. That juice has to be pumping through you constantly. Without it, you are just what your genetics allow you to be.
