  1. Day 107 - Weigh-in and DEXA scan

    Hi guys,

    Last week I had a DEXA scan done to see what my actual body fat was. I gained some weight since then, not sure why exactly, but there is ~4-5lb to go before I hit the 10% mark and I can start Bulking. I will bulk without AAS for about a month and then add a cycle. No intention of going beyond the natural limit only help to get to my ideal weight which is 175lb at 9% body fat.
