yea or twin sugar brown sugar dirt cheap compared to splenda if thats an issue..brown sugar apple piece cinamin and maybe a squirt of sugar free mapple syrup mkaes it taste like kids cereal

I'm not a huge fan of oats...they are ok...gotta eat em though. I go oats, 1 scoop of protein and maybe 1/2 packet of Equal...darn tasty.

I am back to eating oats again every day for my 1st meal.I have found a way that I really like.
I use a small round tupperware bowl and put in 1/2 cup oats.On my non workout days I just add splenda and cinnamon then nuke and then chill.Its like a big soft moist muffin and its awesome.My PWO oat cake is even better though.I add 5tbsp of dex,cinamon and mash a banana into it,nuke and then chill.Oh man thats good stuff
They pop out of the bowl and fit in a sandwich bag that I take to gym with me.I hated oats because I was adding the whey to it and now just take a small plastic container filled with a protein drink.Much more pleasurable that way!!!

I usually just undercook a cup of it in the microwave and throw in a couple packets of equal. That and a protein shake and im ready to start the day.

i dont understand how the hell can you people say that oats taste good? LOL
it taste like cardboard, it taste nothing,it taste like crap.
Good carb source, but i dont get why you people are saying its the best stuff LOL

Oats has a nothing "bland" taste but I eat them habitually every day. One cup of the stuff in my first shake of the day. Top stuff.

Oats and skimmed milk every morning but always add bluebeeries strawberries or rasberries, and maybe a squeeze of honey
