Talking Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!

OK, I know I'm still a long ways away, but I thought I would share.

I've been reading this forum since Jan, when I started working out again.
    Keep in mind I'm 38, 6'2", and was 210lbs.
I am now down to 195lbs.

I've read this dieting thread and followed it to the letter on how to cut, since I had too much fat, and not enough muscles. Also read threads about working out and have worked my ass off for the past 3 months.

I have thought about using, and have asked a few questions, but so far, I have not taken anything as of yet (except for Protein Shakes and Creatin supplement).

Wanted to share some before and now shots with all of you, and give a big thank you to all who have posted constructively, as the changes it has made in me have been relatively drastic.

My questions are, what are your thoughts, and what should I concentrate on and how?

    Thanks, in advance.

That is amazing man. Great work seriously, you stuck to it and it paid off, you look like a new man. Im sure you will inspire other people who come to the site. Keep up with all the hard work and venture into some of the other forums, supplements workout questions etc so you can constantly improve upon your physique and training.

Oh sorry didnt answer your other question. As far as concentrating on specific areas I would say just adding overall mass across the board. But from what I can see I would say bring up the chest a little, start doin those incline presses man.

Wow! great job dude. Your hard work is def. paying off.

I'd sugest try to do a lean bulk so you wont add much BF while putting on mass.

    Again goood job

    Diet

I pretty much followed the diet on the 'How to cut Diet' Pinned Thread
(UNoffical "How to Cut" thread and sample diet...)

I also eat 1 pack of lean pockets a day (2 in a pack), and some Couscous at night to fill me up (Couscous is GREAT! Fills you up and NO fat!)

Once a week, I cheated a bit, and eat a 6" chicken Teryaki Subway sandwich,
or a grilled chicken sandwich from Wendy's, no cheese or mayo on any of them.

Creatin first thing in the morning and right after workout, Wheat Protein shake in the morning, and before and after workout.

    Hope this helps.

I agree on the upper chest. I just started this week to do incline presses. Anything else I should do?

You look great man! That is amazing that you were able to accomplish all that in just three months.

Looks like you got some abs now, I would personally start a clean bulk.

If you eat cleanly, plan your macros accurately (post them up for us to critique), and don't cheat too much, you should put on a bare minimum of Body Fat and start bulking up nicely.

Check out the workout forum and get your workout posted up for us to critique as well.

Here's my current workout routine, which should be pretty solid considering I haven't gotten any major suggestions: http://forums.steroid.com/workout-training/234194-gained-40-lbs-time-cut-workout-routine-still-okay.html#post2608824

You don't have to follow this, but it was handy and will give you an idea.

Good luck and keep us posted.

    Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the great comments you all have made. This is really keeping me motivated.

My entire motivation for starting again was the fact that I'm getting married on the beach in Jamaica in July.
My fiancee is a KNOCKOUT (see attached pics) and the last thing I wanted was people looking at us and saying:
WOW, what a HOT girl. What the f...k is SHE doing with HIM??? LOL

I was in Marial Arts for 15 years, and when I was 23, I was 220lbs and RIPPED!
I was undefeated and in 1992 was actually invited to fight in the very first Ultimate fighting championship.

Unfortunately, I got a a car wreck that messed up my back and ended my fighting career.

I couldn't work out anymore, but ate like I did, which meant I gained over 110lbs.

After 2 years of chiropractic (which saved my back, It brought me back to 100%), I couldn't stand what I looked like and it took me over a year to loose over 120lbs, but I never got my build again, as I never really worked out, except for keeping up with my Martial Arts so I was a little soft, to say the least, waivering between 205-230lbs, as you can see from my before shot.

This wedding really got me going again, and honestly, I don't think I'll ever go back.

Again, thank you for all the nice comments, I appreciate it more than you know. You guys do keep me motivated, and I know I still have a LOONNG way to go :-)

Excellent progres..I would just work on overall size. Run straight into a lean bulk when you are happy with your bodyfat.

Are you and Superballer the same person??
