weight of food
when you guys cook things like chicken, do you weight them before or after cooking
i just cooked a pound of lean beef (96/40) that has 150cal 25gpro 4.5gfat per 4oz(112g) serving, but since i've cooked it the entire thing now only weights about 250g which means it's lost half it's starting weight
i cooked it with a foreman grill so the little fat that was in there was mostly cooked out, and i understand that some water was cooked out, but how do you weigh them for use in keeping a daily diet journal?
