Update time!! Thread had some internal issue and I could not access it...

    DEADLIFT - 405 x 1 (4 plates a side)
    SQUAT - 315 x 1 (3 plates a side)
    BENCH - 225 x 2 (2 plates a side)
    MILITARY PRESS - 155 x 4
    BENT OVER ROW - 135 x 10

Other random lifts are also increasing but I use these to determine strength gains. I've also ditched the straps completely except when doing heavy shrugs (315x15) and switched to chalk for all other heavy lifting.

Weighing in at 173lbs... Pretty stagnant but I believe it's due to lowering fat dramatically and eating more "clean" if you will. I'm sure if I go back to full milk, and more of that lovely dirty food (especially cheese burgers and pizza) I'll start putting on the lbs... The bad lbs lol. Still having more cheat days than I should but enjoying life

Thanks brotha, I'm very pleased with strength gains. I never thought I'd be the guy slapping 4 plates on the bar deadlifting. This cycle has rewarded me and treated me well!

I like boxes better.... If I'm not mistaken 18" is usually competition height.... It is also about the height of the truck dead lift.... A truck is just over 600lbs so if your pulling 405 from the floor you might not be too far away from being able to pick up an s-10 or ford ranger from the back end...

Yea they're not to bad. Less range so easier to get more weight up. I don't mind them but def not a fav exercise

Haven't been around lately, busy with life. Gym and lifts are still top notch- eating habits are getting cleaner and now lookin to remove dairy 90%....

The dreaded dirty bulk is complete. 15lbs gained and I'd say lifts increased by 25% or more!! I won't be dirty bulking again lesson learned. It's not a great idea, but not as bad as some had said... I would only recommend it to extreme ectos or hardgainers. There is a place for dirty bulking- just not for me anymore

Stilk in the 170's but cant keep a steady weight. Fluctuating 8lbs in the same week somehow. Eat generally the same every day except dinner. Dinner is my wifes department so I get what she serves

I still want to bulk but I know I should maintain another 5 months or so abd then prepare to cut..but I still wanna bulk.........

Could the 8 pounds be water retention? I'm on trt and if my diet isn't spot on it will be nothing for me to hold 7 extra pounds and not to mention feel horrible until it comes of! Generally takes about 5 days.

Possibly but I feel great. Im off all gear for now and I know I purged a good bit of water whwn I first came off but ita been long enough that I dont think water retention should be a concern

Ok just a thought. That does make the weight loss/gain pretty strange .
