Yeah im with you, circuit training is the biz when cutting. Jump repeats. Lunges, press ups, burpees, squat frusts, running on the spot high knees, split squats. All none stop with no rest between sets, then when finished rest for two mins, then repeat the circuit. Im hammering circuit training at the moment. You can buy some decent DVDs to follow along with at home in your living room. I use EA sports active 2 for Xbox kinect. Its a killer, really intense circuit training. that game will make you its bitch (owns my ass) good shit if your into circuit training

Welcome Lunk! If you get a hankering for some pancakes.......ask 405!

and curious why the HR is so low in cardio? Man sakes alive I am off the charts! Usually around 140-150.....wondering now if WAY too high. This is the first time I am seeing this so thanks for bringing this up.

    Good luck to you.

Do you typically only eat 3xs a day? You been hanging with SickB? JK While I wont say you have to eat every 2 hrs I would at least eat 5xs a day even when doing IF.

I would disagree 100%...what is the logic behind 5 or more times a day? Fuel the fire...BS! The only logic is staying full to avoid cravings...I can be very full on 3-4 meals per day!

Im not saying to fuel the fire, although that is why I started this way. I sometimes do like you do and only eat 3-4 meals in a day. Like if I take the family out to eat. If I am eating clean foods it is hard to hit my macros with 3 meals a day. It takes a lot of chicken and brocolli to hit 3000 cals a day and frankly I have a hard time eating 8oz at a time so 16 would be almost impossible. I honestly dont think you are hitting your macros with what I have seen thus far. 2scoops of whey and 1/2 cup of oats is just a snack to hold me over to my next meal.

I been thinking about this guys...I can copy and paste my old plan or someone elses but that doesn't mean thats the food I would end up eating in the day. I don't honestly get this whole..lay out an entire plan of food for the day when it constantly changes! I'm not trying to be difficult but it makes no sense.

Mine changes too. I have a plan that I NEVER foolish on a daily basis but everything is interchangeable. It's much easier having that base/spreadsheet in the initial stages. TBH I rarely refer back to it anymore, I know how much of things I need to eat and when, it's habit now.

But, if you are going to count cals and macro's you'll need to know what you are eating. Like that poor deer you've been eating

Honey sweetheart. It's a plan and I can sub in and out. But without a plan, u won't know what u r supposed to be eating to hit your macros and those without a plan fail.

We in the nutritional forum want winners. And that mean you hon!!!!
