    Mood is GREAT.

    Workout today was Legs & Abs.

    Days since last cheat is 1 and record is 34 days

    Well all easter stuff is over so I am back on the horse again. Never really got off it only had more cheat days than planned. I should be doing pretty well from here on, well, at least until the big move as that will throw things off a bit. New country and new diet to learn.

    Food today is CALORIE UP DAY with a total caloric intake of 3,464kcal which breaks down into 122g carbs, 276g fat, and 111g protein.

    Mood is AWESOME.

    Workout today was RESTING DAY.

    Days since last cheat is 7 and record is 34 days

    Today I weighed in at 159.6lb which is -0.6lb less than last time so we are on track again.

    Started water fast at 17.00 hours which lasts for 24h. Doing two of these this week. Seems to work better than my all protein day for some bizarre reason.

    This week I am going to try an almost zero carb diet and see if it kicks up the fat loss any. If I am losing this week again I might add in the Clenbuterol and start lowering fat also. Shall see how it feels. I hate adding in anything unless everything else is spot on as it feels like such a waste.

    Today I weighed in at 159.6lb which is -0.6lb less than last time so we are on track again.

    I have kind of switched my eating cycle to be between 17.00 - 17.00 the next day. It is simply a documentation thing but it makes fasting a lot easier.

    Had a cheat day yesterday and I am not talking about a one meal cheat. I am talking about a complete meltdown. Ate everything in sight while we were at a Swedish fair. It was, from a diet standpoint, a nightmare. Ohh well, today I water fasted and got news I will move to my new home at the end of the month. This means low carb will at that point be no more for a while and high carb will take its place.

    Something was off today which I knew as soon as I woke up. When doing dumbbell shoulder press I did 2 reps instead of 9 or 10 as I did last week. Literally everything sucked today. Should have just stayed home. Taking tomorrow off to get some rest.
